nah not now, have to clear my head first of all obligations then i'll eat em
well the garden....is way overgrown, the plants are now taller then i am so i'll be lucky if i get a few UNburned buds
it's just the way that life goes if you fuck up hehe, well got a new set of rooted clones this time, so i hope i'll have less problems and less stretch since they'r indica.
well as much as i would enjoy posting more from my grow i actually DON'T!
all i do is wait for these overstretched MOFOS to ripen and give my system some fresh clones...but oh well i think i'll wait for another 2-3weeks for that!
well after what me and the plants've been through i must give A+ to my bucket, cos it grows like crazy, even now that everything is a mess in the flowering department,
i also suspect that nitrifiing bacteria did help to stretch this much, so i've remembered on lucas formula which has no N, b-toke also claims to use only P and K....so according to all this and the fact that i've been feeding them purely with water and PK13-14 for the past month and still no yellowing on the lower leaves it must be the bacteria that provide the needed N since i had more and sooner yellowing in previous system
would love to hear a comment on that!
so as for my plants, let's have a look at the scwhag
profile pics
some buds that can be seen from my point of view, there are a lot of them deeper in the jungle where man's foot has not entered yet
in the lower department we can see some P deficiencies on the fan leaves, the secret to get that deficiencie is to mix indica and ind/sat varieties in the same bucket and let them stretch over your head, ofcourse indicas will stay low and out of the sun --- less nutrients needed(less photosyhntesis)
so i snitched a few buds these days and this is one of them, dreamweaver since there are just a few samples, nice crystalisation, the difference in DW 8 and 2 is mearly in taste and smell, it has more of that lemony smell then dw2 did. i can't say i like the taste, it's that earthy-salami smell and taste, but as i said this pheno has some lemon in it so it covers the other taste a little bit....all good if it can be smoked, i just doubt that any of these two phenos will take part in my grow again
small under canapy cola, due to it's indica ancestors it stays very short and has no chance fighting with the tall new purple power(mixed ancestors)
and a cropped macro, look at that weewee!
that's all, harvest follows at the end of the comming week, trichs on NPP are mostly white with an amber here and there...i will wait no longer, since i have some really nice beasts already ready for the next grow
SCEGY!!!!! Whats up my brotha!! earthy-SALAMI???? Cant say i like the sound of salami either except on a pizza! Dude im lookin forward to a fresh start for your space.
indeed, i waited so long, 4 months for these buds...well quality is outstanding, quantity could be way better
i got 1100g of fresh bud ~ 200g dry
i'll just post the pics, will write more later
50L of roots
first part chopped and the second part beside
mostly New Purple Power buds, bud height varied from 20-40 cm
i think there's 12 main colas in total, other lower buds were smoked during the process...so 12 colas 220g, that's 18g/cola on average...so with this performance and lower plants i could easily grow at least 20 colas like these, and that's 360g...0.9g/W FUCK yeah! can't wait for a grow that i won't fuck up the stretch part!! maybe the new girls will communicate with me better, so i'll report that in a week
NPP little tree(top from a big cola), and the only Dreamweaver that was left to chop
more twisted NPP buds, i'm surprised every time how much this strain gives me, A+ to Nirvana
here's another leaf-bud among many others(i think LST+Supercropping induced this(that's my theory)
funny strong main stalks, i could even plant a bonsai tree bag-o-roots
small brains big ass!
and the outcome
that's all for today, am really tired
ok i got the dry weight, it was ~ 220g so that's 0,55g/W, pretty good anyways
hey visitor!!!
well the system is great but it still has one major LACK, it doesn't produce enough nutes by itself
can't wait for my terms to finish, so i can put my mind on my new water friend's accomondation!!wooohoo, am really extatic about it
nothing new to show in this thread, the girls are still at nursery in the Cannabis Infirmary hehe, but did get some positive feedback today when i woke up, stay tuned and u'll know more! heheh
i forgot to mention, Dreamweaver #8 is a great plant, very tasty after it cures a little, it has that indica lemony taste...reminds me on my Mango(Sunshine's gift)
NPP is taking good care of me for now, i'll probably ran out of my weed before i chop the new ones, but hey, who actually cares, qe serra serra!
as long as they grow, i'm happy
what are your temps like in your box? and as for nutes i've learned less is more.. remember you can always add onlyif needed.. But you can never take away....
good luck on yer next grow.. peace..
ofcourse there were initial problems, lack of rhizotonic and testing some new nutes did that, but the problem got solved and that's the point
aussie, you are gathering posts on me aren't ya?
i choosed BMR #3 and Mango(yesssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!) this time so, i'm glad things are going a little bit better then the last time, really am looking forward for this harvest
girls are getting less sun in the following days, i switched the lights and changed the nutes to bloom solution ( 1/3 of veg solution still there)
don't want to end up having weed all over my growroom again, i just want buds!
this is how the "transplanting" begins
plants were on EC 1.37 pH 5.5 - vegetative
and have gone now to EC 1.19 pH 5.9 - bloom
plants during transplant time...
i've stored the bloom solution from the last grow, will try this for the first time, but today as i am writing this, everything seems normal at my girls...so, i spared quite a lot of nutes!
that's it for today, EC 1.18, pH 5.7 water temps ~25-26 °C( i know what you mean, but i read not so long ago that n.bacteria works best at 26°C..and since the summer is here...let them have it if it works )
AWESOME GROW scegy
you definatly fall unter the category of GROWER
fun thread.. u show things a lot of growers dont
anyways ill shoot you some k's when i can
later
this is New Purple Power ..sativa like buds, with a touch of indica's body stone and shorter flower time(70 days)
smells like candy, smokes candy too, but it's harsh to your throat...it has a mindblowing high that shoots straight at ur brain and then slowly progresses towards your waist and it just touches the legs
as a plant it grows VERY tall, and it's a high yielder with big colas, it bushes out pretty good but is also as good for SOG(needs some work though)
and this is Dreamweaver #8(R.I.P. --mother died) ..it looked like sativa when it started to flower but it soon showed it's ancestors, very short plant, bushes very nice. i think it's a medium high yielder, perfect for SCROG, needs a little bit more work if you want it SOG style
i can't say much about the smoke, since i had only one plant to smoke on the end, but the samples are pretty convincive
it has that typical indica-lemony-fruity smell, but when u smoke it it has another deeper taste that makes u wonder...what is that mmmmmm....i can't explain it good enough, but it has a touch of that chineese smelly sticks when u burn them and u kind off float away when u smell it....maybe that's why it's called DREAMweaver......it's sister #7 will definetly took place in my next grows, but it should be mixed with short indica varieties only if you have a small place!
p.s.
i can say this about the high, when i first smoked it we were at my place with two friends and my gf, we were smoking and chatting etc, and i rolled a spliff of my DW...light...poff poff....one round....two rounds....we started smoking..hehe..talking... something about dentists and shit and i passed out, i woke up on my balcony, swetting like a pig and breathing like an elephant....i just chilled there for half an hour then i slowly reasembled....it's powerfull stuff no doubt about it, will tell more when i grow more of it
here is the chronological presentation of them growing, from worse to bad
3 weeks of suffering.....a light came through the clouds.. in a shape of new pH meter hehe.. was still wondering.......did i let them too long on veg again?..
.... ...no i was right on time this time!..and finally nirvana of green...
you can see some hairy buds there already, buttons arriving in a week or so if you know what i mean
