Thats shitty, definetly going to have to get a better cooler going on, but I can't do that anytime soon. Im guessing it gets ruined if the copper tubing breaks?

Hey...your plants don't look that bad....maybe you could veg with some floros to cool things off a little (radiant temps)....or try lowering AMB temps like you'd mentioned before. Foliar feeding will help...well...if the stomata are open (and they won't be if it's 80F + with RH% in the 30's and 40's, as you cited earlier)....heat and low RH% is a bad combo....and with low DO they can also get locked out...well maybe not for others...but that is what happened to me (my unlucky ass)
You gotta get the temps down.....well...you don't have to....but it would make things easier IMO...poor babies...I'd probably have a hard time eating too if I was short of breath all the time...if you can't get the temps down, raise RH%...heat and higher RH% is better than heat and low RH%
Oh...and big props to you and the hubby for sticking with it and battling through all this tough shit! You guys make a great team....I'm impressed with the building and so forth in this show....never heard of a male/female 'I do the design...he does the building' team before ...kinda sounds like a good foundation for a old school rap song :biglaugh:

Keep up the good work

i'm sure no exprert, but it looks like a manganese deficiency crzygirl.
this is MNS's fix, which of course you've already seen:

Solution to fixing a Manganese deficiency
Foliar feed with any chemical fertilizer containing Mn., or mix with water and water your plants with it. Any Chemical/Organic nutrients that have Manganese in them will fix a Manganese deficiency. (Only mixing at ½ strength when using chemical nutrients or it will cause nutrient burn!) Other nutrients that have Manganese in them are: Manganese chelate, Manganese carbonate, Manganese chloride, Manganese dioxide, Manganese oxide, Manganese sulfate, which are all fast absorption. Garden Manure, Greenssand are both good sources of manganese and are medium/ slow absorption.

here's a page posted by Klutter in the infirmary:
http://www.icmag.com/gallery/data/500/1859219753Zinc-Manganese.jpg

it looks like there's a spotting that's similar to what you have.
hope it works out. really your plants look good, if you fix this, it should take off.

VT - Definetly fighting, playing the frozen bottle game. I'm getting some insulation like used in a house and im going to wrap that shit tight around all three 5gallon buckets. Just trying to make this cooler unit work for me before I sell my soul to buy another one :muahaha: :muahaha:
I have a Holmes humidifier that I think I will be hooking up tonight since you've mentioned that heat and high RH is better than low RH. For ten hours of the day the box temp is around 83F, when I come home I open the door until i leave for work the next morning. With door open its like 79F in the box.

Slips - Thanks hun, I know for sure the Big Green one enjoys it, its root growth has almost trippled since flushing and filling with PH'd plain water and a small amount of h202. That was only 4 days ago.

Hazy - When I first saw this coming on I was stuck between Mg and Mn. So when it says to feed at 1/2 strength, how much of the nute goes in 12 gals of water, since its a recirculating DWC setup.... Half strength would be 6gals of mixed nute/water and 6gals of regular water, correct?

Big Green's prob.

Is this root rot or just leftovers from when using Floralicious Plus (thick brown/black additive) The roots that look shitty dont feel slimey.

Richy Rich - Male?! Or to early to tell!?

Few days ago that preflower looked more like a pair and then started looking kinda like a banana.

That does not look like root rot...you'd smell it if it were....the roots can get "stained" from 'osmosis' (the roots sucking shit up from the solution)

With an Mn def, if the problem is fixed would the first affected leaves still die? The first leaves that started getting the problem, look like they might be dying more (drying out really bad and brittle) but the problem seems to have stopped on the middle leaves, like its not spreading further on the middle leaves.

your 1/2 strength nute mix sounds right.

affected leaves never recover. but new growth looks good, so it seems as though you fixed the problem.

that RR does look a little like a male from here. you'll know for sure pretty quick.

hazy - I hope its a female though, I planted 3 of those and the other 2 were male.

Flushing and re-mixing for transition, 12/12 starts tonight for my box.

Lookin good i see big things in the future, also i have noticed when giving dwc plants some dark time in vegg does wonders, i think you should lower your ph to 5.5 helped my plants allot with micro deff's.

Slips - Funny that you say that, cuz the ph has been 5.3 to 5.5 this whole week, and both of these plant's roots have quadrupled so far this week. Now, they will recieve dark time today.

Just flushed and changed nutes. Went with the lucas formula which I think im going to stick to for the next couple runs. So, I put 1/2tsp of Floralicious Plus, 7tsp HardWater Micro, and 16tsp Bloom to 8gallons of water. PPMS are 410 in each bucket, as well as PH 5.9 in each bucket. Does my mix sound right?
