Ok - bartender here's the scoop. The side of the cabinet is 39" wide x 71" high. The air intake box is 23"W x 46"H x 8" deep, I roughly centered it on the side of the cab. The filter opening is sized a hair bigger than 12"x22" and takes standard size furnace filters. The opening on the inside bottom of the cabinet is 20" x 6". The only thing I would've done different is make the intake box a bit deeper - say 9-10". When I originally sized it I didn't have the 2 1x1" baffles in mind, they effectively make the depth for airflow 7" rather than 8. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for poppin by! Man - you got my number, I borrowed the cab design from Dr Who! :biglaugh: Too bad I can't dial in for 6 weeks from now...

Thanks for your opinion on the remaining flower time. I can't go by how they look since I have no experience judging time left in flower  , so I was going by reported flower time in the strainguide and some grows. An additional week or 2 is fine by me, they'll just get bigger and fatter and leave me with more in the Mason Bank!

Cost - stoner me - I bought the 2x4s and plywood last August, wasn't done til Feb , don't remember how much the wood cost

hehe, I can relate to that.

Can't wait to watch them fill in and frost up, I bet the frostage at harvest is gonna be amazing. Sugar coated for sure.

Hiya gog!

Thanks! Yup, I'm amazed to see my own frosty girls so early in flower, now when I open the cab I don't need the camera to see the frost, even under the HPS lighting I can see it. Eventually I'll get used to it, but for now I'm still noob amazed! :biglaugh: Better start saving up for bubble bags - can see I'll have some trim I can use...

Skunky Demon - thanks for stopping by and the compliments. Yummy Yummy!

Growdoc - Thanks man! I have a 6" exhaust vent connected to a vent duct out to the roof. Luckily can't hear a thing outside by the vent duct. How big an exhaust vent do you use?

Cyall later!

Well, I wouldn't call it huge... I might be able to do 5 foot sativas if I don't mind burning the tops a bit :yoinks: But it's a good size for me, will allow me to grow 1/2 the year and then do winter vegetables indoors.

Yup - Caprichoso's LST tutorial is :woohoo: :woohoo: ! Pistilwhipped's trimming faq is great too. Not too much left too trim from the bottoms because the canopy is so low - bottom 1/4-1/3 of the plants have a nice breeze, and I keep new stuff picked off in that area.

Thanks for stoppin in!

 Salakavala! Thanks for stopping by! How're those nice clone girls doing?

Growdoc :yoinks: WOW :yoinks: that's some serious ventilation! A 10" pipe will move a shitload of air, just wow! I was lucky that I already had a couple of 6" ducts out to the roof for heaters, so adding another didn't look out of place, neighbor's house is only 10 feet away and they notice such things :bat:

You've got such a unique and well thought out setup. Constantly suprising me man!  Thanks for stopping by!

Day 27 flower

Day 27 flower

Well I had a good lesson to learn this week. Early in the week growth just stopped. There was a little bit of edge yellowing on mature leaves, so I watered with CalMagPlus and EJBloom total ppms 750. I've been keeping the feedings in the 500-750 range, getting just a bit of tip burn on the leaves. 2 days later and massive yellowing and on 2 of the plants the newer leaves were yellow green! My guess is they were asking for more Mg / N, so gave them full strenght CalMagPlus. Today they're greening up again, fed them a few cups of CMP + PBP Bloom ppm 1000.

Did a soil pH and surprisingly the soil is still at 7.0... I'm pHing the feedings to 5.9 and the runoff is 6.3.

Should be back on track in a day or so, will post pictures this weekend.

:listen2: I've had a bunch of yellow ones a week or so after I stiffled the N for flowering. Mostly just older lower leaves, which I expected them to do. Can't wait to take a look at your pics.

Day 29 Flower

Hiya packn - pics comin up - Wait til you see, this wasn't just an old leaf yellow out, they ran out of gas! :yoinks:

Hiya Bartender - thanks man!

Well here they are. Recovering from starvation:yoinks: , starting to perk up. The girl that got hit the worst is the center plant in the last group shot.

Light gets in the way now, so lifted it clear.

Front and side group shots:

So they're a little stressed - check out the leaf curl on the first bud shot. Should be back on the road any day...

Thanks for stoppin by folks!

hey MGJ my 2 cents for what its worth, looks like overfert to me, probably to much N. Thats what my matanuska does when I overfert her. I could be wrong but it sure does look like a nitrogen overdose to me.
