Finally hung a light at my newest spot. I've had this place since October, but have been trying to get my existing grows in order before starting a new one. I am doing a couple donuts here to get things started and will be doing some more cmh here after this grow. I'm thinking of doing vertical screens like ichabod...well see if that idea materializes...couldn't get a decent pic with the light on, I even tried having my homie hold a bucket over the bulb. It's a mag ballast and I didn't want to shut it off and wait 15 mins to fire it up again, so here it is any way....2x gg4, 2x 2.o, and 2x thin mint

. I've got some wifi 43 and hopefully a mislabeled sour dubble among others that will go in a neighboring donut. I'm going to eventually try out a couple 630 de cmh lights since I've been having such good results with the 315s. My only complaint with the 315s is that you have to buy so many units to light up a space and at $400+/- it adds up trying to get to the watts/sqft I want to achieve.

All this was posted in my csi thread, but here it is again for those who don't lurk that thread. I want to give props to nspekta fir bringing the fire with these crosses. Every plant is worthy of a spot on the top shelf. If you've been considering some csi gear, stop lolligagging and get some. They are worth every penny and then some. Straight fire, unbelievable terps and bag appeal to boot.

I had these in cups labeled 2.o, but they are definitely not 2.o...could be sour dubb...could be ssdd...looks more like sour dubb to me, but the only time I flowered dubb, I had a timer failure and scrapped the room never seeing it fully bloom or tasting or smelling it. I feel like I should know whether it's the dubble or not by her flavor as that's what everyone raves about. She's at 56-57 days today and , I believe, that us when folks take her for best flavor and effect...i. gonna chop one of the three I have in the gavita room to see if I can figure this out..

Upon chopping a couple of these I'm pretty certain it's sour dubble. I'll chop the other two at 60 and 65 days. I was bummed I mislabeled the cuts, but I'm happy that I have hg er as I thought I killed my sour dubb clones.

Two plants hanging....looks like they should yield ok, for a reportedly lower yielding plant... the gavitas did their thing. This is my first grow with them that I successfully completed. I'm very happy with how things are turning out. All of the plants in this room are low to average yielders. I've flowered everything in this room, except the dubb, under SE 1k hps lights, and the buds are noticeably more dense and robust under the de gavita 750's. I can't wait to get a final weight on this room. It definitely will match the yield of 1k lamps if not crush them completely...

When I saw ur first post saying it's the sour dub, I thought it looks like some nice buds for a supposed low yielder. Sounds like u confirmed my thoughts on ur last post. Nice work, makes me open my eyes to sour dubs potential now. Before I thought of her as just a head stash strain.

How much distance between light n canopy, with those de 750's?

Couple feet...or a little more...I think I could get them closer and get the buds a little bigger, but I was playing it safe. I have bad luck with the previous two grows here. It was also a cold winter and this house is very old and the basement got pretty cold a few times even with the space heater affecting yield a bit. I visited this room daily to ensure a successful harvest. I'm happy with everything. All the buds are dense and I got decent penetration into the canopy, although it could have been better with more thinning. This space is so cramped and once the room fills out its very hard to get up in there. All in all it was a good grow, there are a couple crosses that won't be finished for another 10 days or so...wierd thing happening...the old family purples on the far end of the room look a week ahead of the ones on the opposite side. All the crosses in here have amazing terps. I'm stoked to fill my jars filled with a nice variety.
