Stops Rot
Because Zeba Quench granules repeatedly expand to many times their original size, and then contract again, based on the water available, soil particles are forced apart. This increased aeration is the greatest factor in preventing root rot. This combination of ideal water availability and good aeration promotes a better soil environment and therefore faster plant growth - while reducing or eliminating root rot.

(Of course, I take all marketing bullshit with a grain of salt, but, having used these products in general for a while now.....I base what I hear on what I have seen and experienced, so....based on that, tend to give these specific products write ups a little more credibility........)

We were talking about dosage and usage, etc....Zeba suggests 3 tablespoons per cubic foot of medium.......(very light......)

King comforters)......LM about 2 miles or so.....been walking to grocery store lately also for everything.....maybe 1.5 miles....Chinese food about 3.5.......

Soooooo, if there's a link between the guys on here and the guys in the pickups and SUV's following me around everywhere lately............c'mon fucko's, let's go....we're going for a walk...today's an easy day for you.....no spur of the moment 3,000 mile trips today shitbirds....

Never use Zeba products period..........and, not thrilled so far since they're like 3-4 times more expensive than others I use/have used.........but, whatever.........for average person not that big of a deal because less.......(I'm talking like couple hundred lb's)....same with others.......clean version and with nutes, etc, but, as earlier.......would have to readjust ones mix........(or.....not........)...ie: Using a pretty strong mix, and then introducing loaded crystals might, or might not put one over top......that's why I like the clean ones.........

For starters though (small plant, less dietary needs), might work well.......and then feed heavier as time goes on, etc, etc (but, again, then questions would be are nutes fully depleted first dry cycle.....do any remain, how much, etc, etc.........You know....might be getting a little anal and ridiculous, but, sure people know my point....I put together my dry mixes, I know exactly what I am feeding, what they have available, and, then, to introduce yet another source.......I'd have to think about it if using a loaded version..(several manufacturers and products have them...know I bought loaded soil moist once and returned them.....

Who knows....maybe....might work fine.........but, you know.....I get a little retarded like that sometimes......(and then dietary issues strain and size specific, so...might run something that can take everything you throw at it, might not, and then other issues for people who stick to only organics...what are nutes in first place, yada,yada, yada............

As for soil and dry nutes why not use an organic like black gold which is rich in earth worm casting,a couple tablespoons of budswell which is rich with assorted guano's for nitrogen then hit em with AN heavy harvest summer in august and heavy harvest fall in september......it's a quality product and i stand buy it 100%.

Budswell and another similar product (brown bags) I find a little unreasonable in cost given the content and weight......(might be one with wc's and, I always wondered exactly how much of total weight is wc's, since they're like $5 for 20lb bag.......

I don't like black gold....I have another source and labeled content is triple or more...(maybe BG not labeled......at all.....all I know is wc....I look around and see some no labeled content....then low labeled content, and then found some with tripled content, pure, which I stuck with, but costs a little bit to have them shipped.....)

In thread........I discussed how I shop and my mixes.....guano's, I do several, couple hundred lbs or so .....I also found a source for chicken manure that I love..usually go pretty heavy on both (wc and cm.....very cheap....good stuff, very light, no burn, etc.....target for that stuff always around $5 a bag....(larger....20lbers or so) sometimes use that as my base for dry mixes....when talking bulk...looking at about $25 or so per 50lb bag, so.....doesn't make sense not to do custom mixes.....bulk your looking at about a grand per ton of better mix than you could ever buy....

Then you take a piece of land that nobody wants: it is strip mine/rock quarry, and it is under some power lines. We are helping to reclaim such land. The swathers can't go everywhere.

Just don't use fish emulsion: it will drive the raccoons nuts: "where is the delicious fish which the bobcat buried under this pot plant?

I think you once stated that you did not water your plants for a month and if so how many inches of rain do you get in july/august,i looked at a chart for my area and it's 2" in July and another 2 in august.....which does not mean much these days but i'm thinking i should just spend of few bucks on some hose/drippers just for the hell of it because i don't want to be going their every week or more....they should be 6ft buy july so who knows.

Julian, my landlord recently got an offer on the house. I just flipped, as in week 2 - 3 for some but week 1-2 for most, and Ive been placed on alert for appraisers.

FUCK. Im assuming, as this is for the sale of the house, the fact that the upstairs and downstairs are identical will not preclude a thorough inspection of both units. FUCK.

Should I start making moves as soon as possible, or is there a snowball's chance in hell that "Oh, theres just a bunch of boxes from the move in that room" will make them skip over?

The potential buyers were looking at the front of the house and walking around out back as well the other day.

This is so shitty.

I was thinking of putting some out, but they are kinda big to transport. (one gallons, and some two gallons, plants between 12" - 30") Not too mention they would freak out cuz they are putting the framework on already, so going back into veg sun would probably ruin them. Maybe I'll hit the few that are further along with some gravity to try to get them to finish a bit early.

FINALLY started to get my clones in order, having an ample supply of pre-vegged plants, getting the perpetual schedule down and now this. Didnt even get the last few trays in, so not entirely even full, not to mention the other EMPTY room that I was about to purchase lights for, immediately before receiving the bad news.

Worse still, obviously, my landlord doesnt know whats up, so he just figures, let em in, look around, no biggie. But if I cant do my thing, I cant afford the place.

It would be one thing if I KNEW there would only be ONE visit from ONE appraiser, but I DOUBT that. More likely, there will be appraisers and inspectors on behalf of the buyer, and seller, meaning at least 4 seperate visits from 4 distinct people. I cant tear down and put back up that many times.

This is too much.

Jules, be thankful you have a legit income, your taxes squared away, properties, businesses, and people you can count on. I would only do ps if I was you.

I HATE relying on green, Im losing my hair at such a rapid rate its like Im undergoing chemo. And Im still young, its not too late for me to put on a button down shirt, say 'yessir' and climb the corporate ladder to a meager existence.

But to have made it as far as you have, to the point were you could probably stop everything you do, legit and else wise, and just live WELL off your investments, I think you are right to be questioning things. You could do some pollen chucking, start a seed company, post up in europe, and have your grow bug quelched that way. Do like DNA and make sure people can smoke your strains year round by having shows running in amsty.

Maybe Im just jealous, but damn dude, take a deep breath... look around...

Really makes a statement, doesn't it?..........I've spent much much more in the past for much, much less, that's for sure......Budswell mentioned above....15lb bags for almost 100 each....Good bulk source beneficial for everyone..........can keep in bulk in and different mix for starting, mid season feeds, alter mix and ingredients for late season, and, sometimes, have a little left over.....(I have couple hundred lbs of stuff I set aside last year sitting somewhere....I mean, if that';s what you do (grow), your going to use anything you don't finish anyway following season...

Absolutely........I really don't use any seafood related or the bone or blood, etc...(maybe have but in bulk, not really........) But, still going to have animals going through holes when fresh......(I have).....although last season, we didn't really do any in advance and came out okay...

(once again of I wanted them drilled in advance and ready for planting maybe 2-3 weeks.......partners just never seemed to get around to it..... .........so....last minute drilled and planted same time.....)

I guess I understand....I mean, they only had 3-4 months notice

I do recall one time planting (furiously........trying to get all done)......when I heard some rustling and realized someone had been right there and watching me......(homeless guy in little spot tucked back in vegetation, etc).....and stopped, lit a smoke, and had a one sided conversation for a few minutes ......knew was there, heard, felt, could almost smell......

I have mixed opinions on such people....they're not all fuckin loons.....some here and there truly just a regular guy, bad circumstances, reasonable, rational....had some good interaction with one this past season...younger guy.....not truly, truly homeless......here and there could crash at a friends......not on streets 100%....not sure if was mentioned earlier here, somewhere else, or just in private..

Young guy....took guy for some food, some money, some smokes, etc.....younger guy, so, did blow one and conversation hit on bud.........did also drift to growing and I will leave it at that

Well, talk to him about it....should be direct.....(I don't know size of building....) purchaser might not be living there.....etc...might be strictly investment...or, might want you out and want to redo whole thing......ask them straight when you see them, feel free....you have a right to know........more or less...(Personal right...legal?....don't think so, not principle involved, etc, but, again, purchaser has to abide by existing leases for the more part, etc) I assume your talking about new owner and will they be around more or less than other........you will know upon meeting them how they are...they might not want to be around and have as little to do as possible....(the less one has to devote to a property, time, effort, the better, as long as things are smooth, but, lot of different thoughts and styles of people, so.....if they're younger?....they probably just want their money unless they plan on redoing the place, etc, etc......lot of variables man....)

No...appraiser should be quick, then buyers inspection/or, then, quite possibly coming through quick before close ("final walk through"). Depending on what they have in mind, could be back more times.....if investment?....might only be above.....if redoing?...might want to come in again one or more times to take a look, measure, plan....lot depends on what kind of building.......could all work out better than before......

You should be doing both you know......you know I don't like the "this or that".....the "one or the other"....why not all?......

Actually ...not only would doing all/both get you more money, but, would also allow you a little more freedom than most, as you would be able to take slightly less shit from employer because if you had to find another job, could use the green for period between jobs, etc........

I read something the other day about shop production and stuff, but, don't think (didn't) it's that easy....looked at things in Spain also...but, this big one.........I already looked at houses (estates) over there.......cheaper to live......everything cheaper....and, really have been thinking more and more...I'd be pretty happy doing that......even if money wasn't there......think would be really cool to run something of those sizes.....also business wise and professionally (well...) a challenge......

Ahhhhhh, cmonnnnn man (men)........just a guy man, same like anyone else....we're all the same...............was just busy with a new cutie.......(I am a notorious hound...).....decided spur of the moment to go somewhere a little far, a little special ..

(Could change a lot actually...one of my all time favorites that's back again....always thought I should have kept this one.....I consider her one of my finest works .......molded her like a piece of clay into everything I ever wanted ....(I know, but.....seriously.......was as prim and proper as they get...lot of time and effort spent on her ...)

I do that a lot........just....you know....spur of the moment..........might look like settled in........one minute relaxing in robe.....next minute walk out door and drive 500 miles .......

Sometimes even out of nowhere in middle of night when seems all is quiet and asleep .....
Everyone I know is good........(believe me, I keep a little closer tabs on people than they know ....).......so.........you know..........this is not my first rodeo (Translation: first time they've come creeping around )

Maybe came across me during a meeting or 2 recently down south.....I mean... I haven't really done anything since October!

Don't keep anything..........don't say anything.....have someone checking on little ones.......so......and?....exactly what are they going to do?.....or find?......

I ease up.....and?......they'll see absolutely nothing to see soon enough......haven't even really been smoking lately.....not even going to find a bird

And.........when they're gone?.............only a matter of time till they are back again.............

There's one thing I wait for to tell me how serious things are......

Traffic stop. (They call it in to local and have local stop you making it appear "routine".......)

For fun I like to sometimes pack large empty luggage , just waiting for that stop.......





If suspect?...you clean up and draw them out.... so that you can be sure....

Well:
Either comes from someone you know getting grabbed and flipping.....in which case most of the time people might as well have it written on their face in large letters......they will speak differently....they will act differently.....they will use phrases they never have before.....they will speak obvious...........

You can see it....

(All should spend a little time on indicators of deception....speech, body language, behavior...can use it personal, business, any and everywhere and anytime..........)

or..........

Someone, somewhere, at some point, has told them something...(and, since not someone close to you matching above, obviously lacking specifics so they really do not even know what they are looking for..........)

Many here might be surprised to find at one time or another they have been checked out from afar...........from what I have read here and there.........they have.

People will speak of all security measures and counter measures.......when of course, the design of such is not necessarily to prevent anything from happening (because, as above, one will have no control over initial source...)........but to prevent anything further if something has already happened....

Indoor example of no materials in trash.....well, if they went or are going through your trash....initial interest has already begun.....without your knowledge..purpose of clean trash is to prevent anything further...

Surveillance takes enormous amounts of resources, and, the greater the net, the greater the resources........I have heard estimates of $100k a month...including audio........(I would assume larger, would even be more....I have many, many lines myself ......so........pagers, cells, business's, fax's, personals...emails?...pfffffttt......20 different total?..........so.....Good luck (and nothing on any of the above, ever, at all.....)

Phones are always a problem because even when people talk in code, one of two is not as bright as the other and the pauses, the "what?"......and the corrections in themselves signify some sort of conspiracy.....so...(I could train people on that...was always very good at that......never anything specific....rule might be any number in conversation signifies the number......10 minute conversation on birthdays, cakes, football,cars, movie, restaurant, family.........only one number in while conversation......or, could be a mix of number and day......etc....

We went to that steak place around the corner wanting to try...good place, little expensive...ordered medium rare and was little too rare, but, was good shit, seriously...you should go there, or , maybe next time we hand out we can stop there and grab one and a beer....my sister says good place also..........was not bad........average prices......steak maybe 30 bucks........not cheap, not really expensive, so, I guess average place........wasn't bad........might take girl there next week sometime, she's off on wed......we'll see......I'm more into that than she is....she's starting to get this vegan thing going on.......little preachy about it.....

Family is good.....parents okay, mom not bad.....working a lot and not enough time to see em, so...

Now, the above is obvious with the cipher and directions, but, of course, in a rapid conversation...social, no hint.......not easy to spot (not same conversation.....next one might be 20 minutes on game one saw........etc, can't be the same, has to be different anytime and both have to know the code....which, of course, the answer is, there is no code.

It's real conversation................it's authentic.....

(unless one idiot was to stop and say 30 bucks? Wednesday?....oh, okay (fuckin idiots...)

That used to be my specialty........saying everything but nothing.........in fact, might even get checked off as irrelevant far before end of that conversation ....

Anyway.......whatever....lost train of though.......little tired....sure point is made...

Good point (to add to all the others), cipher is only useful if you use it properly.
Otherwise, it's more suspicious.
