The Cobodysee continues....This is some Mulanje Gold harversted Oct. 30 - they have finished their sweat and will dry overnight and start the cure...

The cob was very moist so I left it out overnight to let it lose some moisture. I resealed it and will leave it alone for a week. A couple pictures as I seal it for a week. Happy Tuesday!!
