Looking good mate, but it looks like you mounted the strips to the slotted side of the T-slot. Or are there slots on the other side as well? They do look like the 60x12mm flat-side extrusions we use, but we obviously mount them on the flat side. I don't think you'll have any issues at the lower currents you plan to run them at.

I probably forgot to tell you this – you probably worked it out already – but the black circles around the mounting holes are safety areas. If you use M3 screws, you don't need to use washers. But if you do use washers that are larger than the black circles, use nylon. I actually designed this as a washer-less system after an earlier experience with HLG QBs that came with supplied metal washers that ate through the solder mask into the copper trace. Ah, good times playing with electricity!
Oh, i thought slotted side was the way. Never did a proper thermal study on full power, will look into to that.

Still no riu for you? Turtle mode?

Some plants naturally have deep red stems, it's poor timing I've lost my phone with the bulk of my pictures on it, anyhow I've pictures with red and green stems next to each other on different plants

^^^This a grafted plant, you can see there's green and red shoots they're just different strains.

I don't think they're unduly red?

I doubt this qualify as the answer from an expert.
If a man understands something, he will say it simply and without hesitation.
The one who doesn't know or thinks he knows...he will say all kinds of things, but will say nothing.

People these days grow very terpy stuff by genetics. So they will smell fine even under bad conditions.
When you see full potential of these cuttings under real conditions when they are made...you see how much room for improvment there is.

Had room with only Cree COB full spectrum 3500k for plant grow 480w by each diy led model no mather what I done quality wasnt what I expected...so I put few HPS in there....no IR no party no mather what anybody say....

As usual you don't know what you're talking about, my grow under LED this summer had many purple/red with temperatures around 28/30°c.
I dont care about your grow at all...its probably imagination.

There seems to be many reasons for purple, some genetic but the reason why you see more purple under led, both leaves and stems, is the combination of too much light with not enough heat. This creates anthocyanin which is purple.
This is usually described as high irradiation response in literature. But there definitely seems to be more influences for purpling, ive heard re genetics, nutrients and temps of water, uv/red heavy spectrum etc.
