Mmh, your hike trail looks really nice!
Surf n sun n natur 🥰

The Coastal trails are amazing. ALot of preserves and or dedicated areas. Or railways turned trails. Light houses. Many many areas that you get the feeling as if it could be a postcard.

When summer is here, and everything greens up, on a clear day the sky becomes such a vivid blue. Its like everything becomes so vivid and high definition. Surreal

Visiting the working fishing villages in the fall. The colorfull lobster boats floating in the bay, then the fall colors from the trees mirror off the water. Ridiculous

Great atv and snowmobile trails too. This year i hope to take a few camping trips with the enduro. Backpack, tent & fishing poles

An interesting fact, maine coast is only like 230 miles from south to northeast, but because of all of the peninsulas and its tidal bays, there are over 3500 miles of coast line. That is almost 60 miles more of coast line then California. On record, maine has 3166 islands

Hey, are you still able to luxuriate in a bath of Calgon?:p
Hell no. Shit wont let up. But i do it to myself....

In 2022 after i finished the 10month rehab of the last house, and fully moved, i tried taking some time off. That lasted about 3 days, and by the 4th day i was starting new projects. So....

Next 3 months are planed with tending to indoor plants, the outdoor plants & finish assembling the greenhouse. A bathroom rebuild and install a tiled shower in one of my outbuildings so i can turn that into a short term rental and or guest house for next year.

An i got 2 diesel motors to repair. A break down an repair of a JD track loader motor. antifreeze was leaking into oil, motors already out. And a dump truck repair that needs the cylinder head reassembled, and all of the valve train and fuel system put back together.

oh, and finish the next 12x12 multipurpose room in the barn. Go thru seeds ive made, make new seeds , find the next new new.. and hopefully if chaco hangs around to start on some sour diesel projects.

And somehow find a paid helper, or a couple that wants to live here onsite and help with the farm stuff and other projects

And split wood

I really want to make a trip you way.

Damn, your plate is never empty it seems lmao. I admire the load of skills you have as well, from building, growing, to engine repairs and the like. Keep killing it man

I could sit around and watch jerry springer reruns if u prefer

Then my only battle would be diabetes, heart disease an or cancer.

I do actually have another job an or company too. Or i should say another company im rebuilding. Closed my other when I moved. I offer onsite repairs in a certain field. But i dont speak of that much, try to keep some anonymity im guessing.

thanks for stopping in........Man

think this was june 15-18th or so this year, few days before summer solstice they where in. prevegged some indoors.

Started with putting in the some of the greenhouse ground posts so i could get the footprint down. 25' x 50' is gonna be the total layout of this one.

Laid the black road fabric an then placed 2 planters, unrolled the road fabric and then placed 2 more planters. repeat. 2 rows hopefully leaving enough walk room down the sides, and a 3ft middle walkway.

24 100gallon planters on 3.5' x 4' plastic pallets. so i can move the planters with skid steer & pallet forks if need be.

most have 2 plants, and a few have 3 plants. 32 new fems from seed, 20 ganja rebel og chems, 12 @Skunktek shoreline x headbands. rest are santa cruz blue dream, royal kush, cherry stardawg and a few randoms.

so june 18th i would say

then like 20 days later

Used a solar tracker program to come up with best placement of the greenhouse. Decent grade for drainage, next to a semi gravel road. close to a pond water reserve, and there is a natural spring well.

and about 100ft away there is a 15amp 120v circuit. i maybe able to reconfigure using the neutral as a 2nd 120v feed, now 240v at end of run, then use a step down transformer to get the power back to 120v with a "legal" neutral. then i would have 30amps at this spot. but for now there is 120v 15 amps. another project.

but at least i can run some fans and maybe a dehumidifier if or when the greenhouse is complete.

the one semi bad thing is i loose like 2hrs of sunlight end of day to the southwest pines for 25-30 days or so. but just at end of day. and what i imagine is like 15 days before an after the solstice.

But. the the sun has retreated east in the southern horizon already. This location is about 44.4N latitude. summer solistice we peak here at 15. Past experiences show we should start flowering aug 1st, at about 10hrs of darkness, and then noticeable flower set by aug 10th

Shoreline headband looking very indica or afghani, named these "cousin it" for now.

This was also after a whopper of a day filled with sun. The Sun was very very strong that day, so i imagine they all went thru an awakening, hence the droop.

in this first pic u can see the shadow casted by the pine trees in picture 2 of post #175(the first post with this layout). in this photo below, the sun is to my back and left. however , from this stand point, the sun is now starting to set to the right further and further each day. by july 20th there should be no shadow from these pines. late july till november there will be no southern distractions

In this pic the sun is to my left

so the sun was behind these pines end of day. At the summer solstice, the sun was right behind the left pine in that grouping of trees.

From this position, the sun is now moving left in the horizon every day. Santa cruz blue dream loving it.
