I'm making baozi today, with shrimp and broccoli mainly.
havent made this in a long time, hope it will work out.
the new dough recipe i found looks like its long nose friendly.

Im about to make my soil mix with coco coir, to give the soil more aeration. What ratio do you guys think would be appropriate? Maybe two thirds soil and one third coco? Ive never done this before but it seems to be picking up popularity. I'll also be mixing in some dry amendments

yeah theyre one type of dim sum.
other things like chicken feet, different types of dumplings, ducks tongues, pig intestine, etc. all dim sum.

chem x lemon. performed a touch of lst and removed a few obstructing leaves to shape the plant how i want . i gave her a rotation too . light intensity is a little too high at the support level judging by the plants response . had to put some feed in the tank . starting to flower now
