plenty of money for ukraine, israel, the military, the cops.... but the second you propose something to help the average person, like medicare for all, it immediately pivots into "thats not affordable" lol
the reason they're increasing the police and military budgets so much is because they know civil unrest is coming in the US and it's directly caused by the neoliberal policies these ghouls enact.

actually, it IS affordable, but would take money out of pockets that have WAY too much influence, far beyond that of voters. just my honest opinion...

Hunter Biden failed to register as a foreign agent during years of overseas business dealings — a possible crime that could finally land him in prison, experts say.
While Biden registered as a lobbyist for domestic interests (a gig which so annoyed President Obama that Biden was forced to drop it in 2008), he never registered under the federal Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
The 1938 law has in recent years been employed to shine a light on foreign advocacy and lobbying in the US. It mandates individuals acting as “an agent, representative, employee, or servant … at the order, request, or under the direction or control of a ‘foreign principal,'” must register with the US government. Failing to do so is a crime punishable by up to five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
“Foreign principal” is broadly defined, and can include government officials, foreign corporations, political organizations, influential private interests and more.

To help our supporters better understand this global problem, we have sought to compile the latest available statistics on the challenges faced by people around the globe.
The last time a global survey was attempted – by the United Nations in 2005 – an estimated 100 million people were homeless worldwide. As many as 1.6 billion people lacked adequate housing (Habitat, 2015).
Getting an accurate picture of global homelessness is extremely challenging. Definitions of homelessness vary from country to country. Census data is typically collected based on household and, while most census data takes into account those living in shelters and receiving government aid, census takers struggle to count the “hidden homeless” – those who may be residing in inadequate settlements such as slums, squatting in structures not intended for housing, couch surfing with friends and family, and those who relocate frequently.
