Mine is already all smoked ... I'm not a collector! The last black I remember with pleasure was Manali freak trim Baba cs last year but the lot of this year was worse! True high quality is always ephemeral and elusive to me ... First foto is from Christiania and the second from Mokum!:grande sorriso:

Those ones we got this week. Both more on the blonde side, soft yet dryish crumbly ; bigger one got no stupid label nor stamp and other smaller slab(50g)ridiculously enough one showing a somewhat dwarf smoking a joint all headlined 'Amnesia Haze'. Seriously.
Still and since ages I doubt it's one of the original cuts(3?) of Amnesia I had a lot at dutch coffeeshops really being used in Morocco ; only the cut is real Amnesia to me.
Though then it dawned on me that they(at least in this case as using the tag Haze)may refer to the orginial seedline I never knowingly had the chance to try the product of and which as far as I was told has nothing to do with the cuts.

Let alone not considering the mass of copy cats (ab)using the name for their seed lines in the last decade as well ; the name itsself being such a marketing tool ittself for yonks, especially for sold buds on the streets, too.
Though there is this one seedline supposedly coming close to the cut from HyPro if I remember right but have no personal experience with this one either.
All in all the usual name game even though it all could be in theory possible:biglaugh:! Just saying as no interest myself here discussing this again.

By the way remember one of the first batches of moroccan high grade appearing at dutch coffeeshops labelled as such about ten years ago.

However, unlabelled one is flowery smelling as well as tasting(foreign genetics) and comes with a balanced high strong enough on body and head. While it is not at all intense the smell still is remarkably clear and pronounced.
The other labelled one on the right side is just slightly more expensive and funnily more advertised by this longterm supplier for what ever reason. While it indeed is oilier and more resinous, also whitish on the inside and offering a fruity smell transfering to the taste, there isn't a major difference to the other one in my humble opinion. Though it is providing pretty much of an up high before fading into a somewhat strong enough body stoned. No hints of strain supposedly involved to me.
All in all both are very good mid grades.
There was also a dark slab labelled 'Lv'(spicy taste and strong body stoned)and a blonde one 'Desi' on offer, roughly same price range all. Latter one would have been my choice as the strongest of all and still tasty(fruity)enough with foreign genetics but was outvoted by mates. Could be worse though and there is always next time:biggrin:!

@Tac69

Welcome to the forum!

@Kalbhairav

Congratulations on finding some quality Pakistani then! Can't remember I ever came across something really worth it from Pakistan hashwise. Quality handrubbed from Nepal or India yes but still not my cup of tea except for every now and then.
Still think compared to Morocco quality high grade from Asia stays there respectively in the surrounding area for some reasons or you really have to pay through your nose big time in my personal experience.
Good luck on the hunt though of course!

Looks awesome NYS. Would Love to burn some hash.

ATM in peru Smoking Thru highland sativa grown in Greenhouse. Ridiculous 10g are 40 soles. Maybe around 10/15 Seeds per 10g. Its the cleanest sativa high i encountered till the day. Very Special and nice But i am more indica or at least hybrid Fan. Miss the couchlook a Bit

As far as the amnesia Thing goes. I highly Doubt there are lot of cuts used, the Farms i visited i chauen ketama bab bered were Working with Seeds from Spain or Holland.

So at least Pheno Variation. But there we're hashes with pronounced Taste of the Strain. Critical, haze (just Haze) Nicole kush. Any real Tasting amnesia would come imo from growoperations for the illegal european Market produced in the eu or neighbouring countries, wich tumble the Flowers before Selling the harvest.

Ohhh my Heart is Bleeding for Not beeing able to Take the Seeds. Yesterday i watched a documentary about the custom officers in my godforsaken Country. All flights from latin America a considered high Risk flights getting Specials attention. And my Backpack is already full of of critical Stuff.. je. Stuff that Looks Maybe shady under xray. Bottles with peruvian Olive Oil, RAW cacao, black Beans from a special region of the Andes that Pop like popcorn, all produced from Friends and their families. Plus what matters even more i had to Promise my dad Not that i am well over 30... but obviously he knows me well... so i Keep my Promise. But i would Love to See how the Beans would perform Indoor, some Seeds are way bigger than others, Really big like pure indica. Ata Tundra had the biggest Seeds i saw and them peruvian (some) are as big as them. But Not a Bit indica, its like Energie is pulsing throug my Body. I can chill if i like but can also be active in the Next Second, it makes me hungry and most important horny as hell. Thanks tinder i could explore this deeply hahaha and its perfekt Sex weed. And crazy headhigh freakin me put sometimes. At night in the dark streets i thought twice i will be kidnaped any moment get into trouble. hahah i like that Paranoia. And my gringo skin is shining trough the dark so i get often the stares.

I comfort myself Thinking under Artificial Light it wouldnt be the same, but OMG this mota is Way better than every weed bought in the dam the last 10 Year, no harshness, hints Lemon, hints of pine salvia Ginger.. with some glasjar curing i Think this could be exeptional, but as far as Outdoor weed goes this is it. wtf. Sorry for Spamming the hashthread. At home will Maybe Open a new One with some Pics.

Take care

From the left:

Netherlands – Lion
THC-A : 41.0% Delta-9 THC : 9.5% TOTAL THC : 50.5%

Claimed to be hand-rubbed hash from the Netherlands. This is a cerebral hash. The antithesis of your typical hard hitting Indica. Very smooth smoke with a sweet perfumed pine smell. Very nice immediate buzz. It devolves after 20 minutes into a very pleasant active stone. Very soft hash - Play-Doh consistency.

Red Lebanese
THC-A : 3.4% Delta-9 THC : 24.0% TOTAL THC : 27.4%

Another one that leans cerebral but not as peaked as the Lion above & not as long. Still, an extremely pleasant hash. Fingernail soft with a muted smell. Very smooth for a Leb.

Royal Maroc
THC-A : 24.6% Delta-9 THC : 12.3% TOTAL THC : 37.0%

This one goes right to the warm & fuzzy trigger. Beautiful, rounded smooth stone. Not the strongest or the longest but really satisfying. Full hash aroma. Smoother texture than most Moroccans I have seen through the years.

These all came from an online MOM run by the Native Americans in eastern Ontario & Quebec.

NEW PICKUP :D

Hello fellow smokers.
Just wanted to show some pictures of my newest slab, or whats left of it. I wanted to try out my new cannon camera versus my crappy iphone 5.

I walked to my regular plug at "staden" Christiania, 100g bought, 43g left. This is my favoritte so far, beats all my current hashes sourced out.

Hola tobedetermined.

Looking Really Good your hashes. But u Really Think the First is handrub?

Imo it is too bright for handrub. Handrub beeing Pressed and worked in the palms. And Second, in the netherlands? Handrub is Not the best yielding method, so Why should they so handrubbing if Dry siftig is yielding so much more and u still can sell the Flowers After sifting.

No offence intended.

Take care

Great piece of hash, it reminds me a lot of the one from July, my favorite from Christiania! For me only 50 g and price a little inflated for the foreigner. (8 € / g):grande sorriso:

No. To me it looks like hand-worked bubble hash - like the Frenchy Cannoli hash. I really like it but the consistency is too smooth to ever have been sift. And Amsterdam? I don't know. This store does have several grades of this as well as the Leb & a number of Moroccan choices.

I just got back tonight from a 4 day whirlwind business trip to Rome & I caught a cold along the way to compound the airline abuse & a couple of tokes just now have really hit the spot.

El Chapo – An aptly named chubby block of lightly pressed, rich skunky wonderfulness. Really racy uplifting 'hold on tight' buzz. One of the best blocks I have had the pleasure of getting my hands on. Some people have mistaken the burning smell for bud its so pungent.

Kush – More pressed and less skunky in your face than the Chapo, but still very nice smoke.

Just back from this week's time-out somewhere in the Netherlands

Just back from this week's time-out somewhere in the Netherlands

Lovely Moroccan sold under false name at a coffeeshop ; not that I care about these ridiculous names either but this time I know for some reasons it wasn't the original material nor a different batch due to being a natural product but some other stuff.
Not the supposed high grade but still quite lovely mid grade of traditional origin(more piney).
Of course there was also high grade along the way to be had as well as consumed(mostly foreign genetics) but there are no pictures.

V8SGv2A.jpg

Z4hw1u9.jpg

By the way saw some other so called 'Amnesia'(this time no haze tag ; also showing an image of supposedly Amnesia)in this case 100g slabs at home, also more blondish. While similar ours was of better quality.

@Haze*ekiel420

Cheers for talking about your personal experiencies with foreign genetics in Morocco. For the record I was only talking about the Amnesia cut(s) respectively Clone-Only-Strains.
As you said there are in recent years people growing western hybrids there, too.

Also you are right about tumbled commercial weed on the European black market(and elsewhere too most probably)and this also goes for most of the coffeeshop weed of at least the last decade ; let alone the crappy quality at inflated prices and that's why mostly ignored by us. Just saying as no intention talking about this myself for some reasons.
Off – topic: Since I'm into proper outdoor stuff I'd appreciate a thread about your experiencies in South America. Sun over anything! Indoor is just a substitute.

@ToBeDetermined

Thanks for posting. When you posted that other lot
I just thought the name game is in full swing at Canadian dispensaries, too.
Then you posted again now.
As Haze*ekiel420 pointed out I highly doubt the first one on the picture is handrubbed from the Netherlands ; merely they refer to the Netherlands as they seemingly to this very day maintain a reputation as a somewhat pot paradise(while the truth is after going for decades myself regularly the quality of weed is terrible and bloody commercial if you ever grew your own with good results which is light years away from being rocket science. Only traditional imports of hashish are still more or less worth it. Talking about coffeeshops here in general, not private sources. Above all the main point there is one can still consume in public without being harassed by the authorities.). So I'm very shocked they are into their name games as well in Canada
biggrin.gif
. However, in the meantime I heard and read from others too mentioning some traditional hashish is available (un)officially there.
I take it it's true then but wonder how importers from Afghanistan, Lebanon or Morocco pay taxes on the imported, illegal hashes when they turn up in Canada? Just label them as locally proudced for the authorities? Questions upon questions and only again shows the seedy side of this business in general as pointed out before many dubious people involved in this often hypocritical 'industry'
biglaugh.gif
. Well, that's not professionalism to me. Just saying.
What ever, enjoy them!

@SMDK

Nice find ; even though completely nonsense as only judged by a picture I sometimes associate certain looks with flavour, this time 'earth with minty undertones' springs to mind. In a good way. Just saying, sorry, enjoy!

@Pengaleng

Enjoy your selection! That 'El Chapo' is another 'proof in the pudding' to me then as - no disrespect of course - it pretty much looks not overly special to me but similar to what others and myself posted lately ; could be the picture though.
On the other hand the more resinous looking ones I personally prefer are still hard to find around here so I still have to go for holidays to have more variation and even some of them then are lacking in the effects department while looking amazing. The old dilemma a hundred times already discussed in this thread.
Still think appeareance of material I've just seen this very year whereever often doesn't indicate level of quality at all ; a wild mix of different looks(especially with foreign genetics). So always trying and all that.
Anyway, it pretty much sounds like up my alley and others taking it for weed when smelling is impressive! Though I can relate to some degree at least smellwise as some with foreign genetics I saw during the year stank out a room in a more clear way just when being cut(still lacked effects unfortunately).
Bon appétit!

This stuff is from morocco, no doubt.

The flav is slightly peppered and softly minty. There are no signs of contamination here as you inhale copious amounts of rich hashish smoke.

You are left with a really pleasant taste in your mouth after some pure hits of this hash,

The FX come on immediately, making you're head feel a bit heavy, eyes begin to itch after a while. A complete stoney feeling is about to overcome your body and mind.

Another stop in the Netherlands

Another stop in the Netherlands

Due to(well, mostly) fitful weather only subpar pictures but high quality hashish with foreign genetics supposedly grown in Morocco.
There were others with similar quality but less taste and smell.
Greyish respectively ochre powder hardly pressed, also very white inside and sorta explodes if any heat is applied ; similar to that greyish one here.
This one here is quite kushy smellwise ; also has this smell in the background reminding me of freshly cured weed when you open the jar after some weeks(many of the high grades with foreign genetics in the last years came with that one, too), sorta 'sour' respectively maybe some call this 'gassy'? And again as mentioned before by myself so tasty it puts the majority of the lame grown commercial weed sold at dutch coffeeshops in the last decade to shame in terms of taste
(and to be fair: also mostly stronger effects:biglaugh:).
Very stinging, almost suspect!
Also zips you up with a potent enough stone as well as head high. Best thing is in the last few years one has not to look hard for such stuff as many shops carry it.
Still room for improvement but a nice standard of quality all in all if there isn't something odd here during processing.
Very good quality I'd like to get my hands on at home, especially regarding upcoming pagan festivities.
Fingers crossed to anyone!
kQNQia5.jpg

8obd3Xn.jpg

By the way: since some trusted shops test their gear since a few years this one is supposedly '57% THC'(no other cannabinoids mentioned beside THC-A et cetera)which I still not care about much as numbers can't explain the whole experience and that's appreciated. Merely a point of reference at
best so I tend to not mention them. Digital Revolution, anyone? Just saying!

Always trying to prevent foreseeable periods of drought

Always trying to prevent foreseeable periods of drought

Coloured small sticker of that slab shows a Hamsa headlined 'Morocco' ; reminds me of coffeeshop Kadinsky in Amsterdam named their best Moroc 'Fatima's Hand' a good while ago, hilarious
biggrin.gif
.
What ever, this time an adequate hint me thinks as dark brown fudgy gear is genuinely of traditional moroccan lineage ; earthy-piney taste with hints of mint, effects are medium strong both head- and bodywise. Almost as good as the other one I had a few weeks ago (battle of the mid-grades
biglaugh.gif
).
Nice change! Will be stashed away for upcoming celebrations but still hoping something else comes along as the collection is never big enough as we probably all know!
