hey killabrow, nice box.... and u got wheels on it :D, hehe well i dont need it cause my storage room is 3 ft. wide 6 ft. long and 7 ft. high and the box r 3x4x6 ft so not much space to move it..lol... would also like some 600s (here i live its more cold months than warm 1s) but i have 3 400 w... using 1 for each box so i got 1 just laying around.... maybe a 3th. flower room...lol :) well the plan was to use 2 400 in the storage unit...but need a better fan first so it will be after this run i think..

some more pics from the Homebox.

blast have u used the tent yet? is it the 3x3x6 ft homebox u have? how u gonna vent the reflector? 1 open end and the other out the exhaust or would u take fresh air thru the light ducting making it close from the tent and use the cord hole at the top for venting the tent(u can use the lower cord hole as fresh air intake for the light ducting)

its the XL , and iv used it 3 times already with the setup being that the light would have the back end hooked up to my vortex 600 fan and the other just open taking air from the box allowing good air flow in it (every 28 seconds) the fan then pushes all this air into my attic, I use 4 - 12L pots filled with chunky coco coir and an ozone generator for odor control.

oki,, ive got aboute same airflow, changes 2 times every min. but dont have a aircooled hood, i use carbon filter for odor control.

I have a homebox and I need to figure out a way to get fresh air into it because my scrubber is on the outside so if i draw air from outside in the winter its gonna be too cold, what can i do for fresh air?

For a smaller hydrohut (3'X3'), would you recommend a carbon scrubber or an ozone generator for means of odor control? Also, what ozone generator do you have?

Hemp Seed, its 3 fresh air intakes at the bottom of the tent so the air wouldnt come from outside unless the tent is placed outside...
ive done it like i got the carbon filter, thru ducting to the fan wich remove hot air + odor from the tent

i use the uvonair 1000 ozone generator and would recommend it because it takes up allot less space than a carbon filter and dose just as good a job

What about if you get to .05ppm? Is it pretty hard to get ozone levels to a dangerous or unhealhty level? How good of a job does the ozone generator you have do? Also, how big is your growroom?

it hard to get high ozone levels when im venting the room 24/7 and it dose a great job at killing smells and even bacteria (smell is like a fresh rain had just happened), my room is 16 sq. foot

had to post again, here is how i have mine setup at the present time (3x3HH) with no filter yet, it won't be inside anyways. that stuff weighs at least 50lbs. had to post again, here is how i have mine setup at the present time (3x3HH) with no filter yet, it won't be inside anyways.

killabrown420 - that give me a great idea for us tent growers, i'm moving soon, when i put my tent back up, it will also be on wheels.

piece of plywood with some cross-supports and caster wheels, my hut will be moveable, that is a problem when a heavy ass rez is sitting in the bottom of the tent. don't know why i didn't think of this before. thanks.

Just bought a hydrodut mini... really nice deal except for the light leaking out of the intake vents in the bottom. How is everyone dealing with these light leaks during flower?

guess i've really never noticed, except with fan on, it sucks them open, i've got a table that reaches from corner to corner, so it's not an issue with me, but i could see it might being one with someone who is growing on the ground of the hut....

Yeah, im gonna have to figure something out before i flip to 12/12 in a few days about the air intake light leaks through the 'mesh'..

I cut 3M furnace filter, doubled it up, and taped it over all the intakes. Prolly swap it out once more mid-flower.

I just got the light leaks too, just rotate the hut and put the holes on the wall, that is the only flaw I see with it but you could get a flange that U's down and around to aim the light towards the ground. I have left my inline fan on 24/7 and the flaps on the bottom leak a tiny bit of light but you could put a pot or box to prop up a fan on a couple of those slots and finaygle it so that it works out for you and no more light leaks, its tricky but use whatever you have at your disposal.

dontcha love this hydrohut on my best investments ever.
