Yes I trimmed 65 #s last year with my hands and will probably do at least that this year looks like...thanks guys!

Popped 88 beans, 2 strains didnt make the cut, 1 pack of each, going to do 200 seeds next year to sort through. It will also help to ammend my veg pots right and not drown them in manganese. Duly noted.

Thanks! I love Bodhi's strain names too. They add another dimension to an already phenomenal thing this plant is. Poetic, humorous, evocative, and dank ass big trees.

They just got their CTE foliar. I'm going to water in molasses and pepzyme tomorrow.
I also have to make my own pH up with potassium hydroxide in the morning. Taco time tho...

Throwback to early April:

I had all bodhis in 5gals. Then 120 bd x gdp starts in cups I culled for lack of space and their overall health. So next year my greenhouse will be longer/better...and I'll do all Bodhi or other tried and true strains and pick the 20 best.

I need some input from my fellow organic farmers.

4/20 of my plants are flowering now. I was going to top dress mocha guano, 4-6-1, but now I'm not sure. Is this going to make them revert and mess them up because of the N? Should I just do the 16 others? Proceed as normal? Any other thoughts on best top dressing strategy at this point?

I was pondering the same thing. My soil is deficient of N in my new soil tests, and I am waiting on tissue tests.

Can't tell you what to do, but I started with a Pure Protein Dry foliar. I am then contemplating a blood meal top dress, which is just 12-0-0. I will most likely top dress with a 1/4 or 1/2 the needed N, and keep the foliar going. Re-evaluate in a couple weeks.

I have plants that are seeming like they are flowering also. No nuglets yet, but a little stretch going on for sure. I get early mourning and late afternoon shade, so my plants trigger a little earlier than most. A normal year for me is tiny nugs, which I equate to 2 weeks into flower, on Aug 1st -7th. Hope this helps.

N may do that for some plants like Slownickel was saying but IME it doesn't do shit when cannabis hears mother nature's call to flower. I was still feeding Grow More 30-10-10 last year while my plants were flowering because I didn't realize it really. I expected flower to come later and didn't know what early flower really looked like. If 30-10-10 didn't even stop them then I don't think some organic 4-6-1 will.

Slownickel says plants take up an extra K when taking up nitrate. Something to think about for flower.

A lot of mine are flowering. Wish they had gotten bigger like yours!

Did you feed any N during veg?

damn you guys got some early strains or shaded plots, the only clone ive had that flowered that early was a trainwreck last year, my sativa phenos take atleast until mid-aug. before they start stretching/showing pistols... and finish late oct.

remember N is still needed for the start of flowering/transition im going to switch over to a more balanced 3-3-3 for a few weeks atleast before i drop the N considerably early sept.

Cool looks like they're getting guano'd thanks guys...I saw heavy N from cowshit delay flowering a week once...but thats because I was an idiot and was feeding hydro nutes on top of it.

All 3 dragons fruits have slightly bulbous pistilly tips as well as one sorcerers apprentice. The bottoms dont show it at all yet. The tops of all the other plants are still vegging.

I didn't feed anything at all except some pepzyme, spectrum extra once, gypsum once, compost tea extract weekly, and molasses once up until this point. I think the guano once will be all I need to finish it out but these are uncharted waters...
