hell yah dude you're crushing it! plants are bigger than mine right now thats for sure. that whole spot is gonna be overgrown with dank. i forgot if you said what is your spacing between plants? looks a little tight for how big those ladies are gonna get but might just be the angle of the pic. Are you still foliar feeding? getting any more soil tests?

i might have to try this compost extract stuff you're doing. I read a bit of that thread, seems very complex. kinda gross too heh. how do you make enough and apply it to your garden? i should prob read more..

and you say you can foliar your whole garden with just 2gallons?

happy solstice, and full moon!

Thanks bro, we'll see how overgrown it gets, I might need to extend my fence. Not sure on the spacing just rolling with it.

Ca/Mn get sprayed weekly. Im not sure exactly when you are supposed to stop. Anyone know?

I want to test my soil again next year at each site but probably will wait to do so unless I start seeing some weird shit. The most I'm seeing right now is some leaf curl at the top I'm not too worried about. 40 pounds of gypsum needs to get irrigated in this week. 3/4" EMT pounded into the ground for support.

So the compost tea extract is super easy and leadsled is a boss. 300ml of water mixed with said ingredients left in a closed tray for 3 days then scraped up into a bag, mashed, then 1 tbsp of kelp and 4 tbsp of fish hydrolysate is added to the brown water. I dilute the 5 gallons to 10 which gives each plant half a gallon of extract. They get it every watering weekly and foliar'd once inbetween. I scaled up the foliar recipe to 2 gallons and yeah the whole garden gets it now but soon will probably need 4.

Just think of the nematodes...

I'm going to make a beard, very cool technique. Not having a microscope handy has slowed me down on teas this season. The night sky was so crazy bright here for solstice, we ate some doses' and howled at the moon.

I use a cheap little 60x with a LED light on it.

You can kinda see the hyphae without it but it helps.

Cool to check out trichomes too. I can see purple veins on the candyland.

Plants are looking good!
Happy to hear the compost extract is working well for you. I find that works consistently for me and many other farmers.
I usually see plants praying after applying.

Can stop foliar spraying by week 2 or 3 of flower.

Soil test: Can wait to do another soil test by logan labs. Ideally do ahead of time. For example could do the test at harvest and then amend. Usually see the p and k levels drop little bit after each run. Happy growing!

Muchas gracias!

Several hundred thousand thread views later...just wanted to thank Google...I guess...and everyone else who contributed along the way to help make this dream into a reality. Definitely couldn't have done this without ya'll. It's not over yet though!

Been pounding emt...half way done...it's such a bitch of a job. Seriously fucking scary standing on a ladder banging those things in. Gypsum and compost tea extract will get watered in tomorrow along with Ca/Mn foliar at sunset. Here's a pic of the garden and my gf being dwarfed by a blueberry mountain.

The chard, kale, and dill seeds she planted in the ammended cootz mix are surprisingly doing very well. The tomatoes love it. The basil doesn't seem too stoked.

You can thank Google or the internet gods, but you gotta have game for a following. You deserve the respect, hope you finish as strong as you have started.

You going to enter any cups?

Thanks bro...I've never been to or entered a cup...but it does sound like fun. If the sorcerers apprentice ends up being the applechem pheno and I finish without any pm I don't see why not...that should be some amazing weed. I'll keep a pound in my freezer just to smoke. I guess we'll see how it turns out...
