ever been thrown out of your local grow shop?

the grow shop and head shop have theses rules about talking about weed. dont do it. i dont get kicked out myself cause i buy too damn much from em . but i have watched others get kicked out.i can say bong all day long at the head shop and not get kicked out . prob cause i break one every few months. i need a new bong damnit, store owner chuckles and says you broke another one huh ?

Only person I've seen get away with it was an incredibly hot female friend of mine who didn't know any better. Just talking on and on about weed and bongs. The guys were too busy ogling to care.

Wow, what I read here sounds unreal to me.
Although I had an experience of that kind in Awitzerland.
This grow shop owner won´t talk to me on topic. I wasn´t thrown out, but a conversation was not possible, he would only give advice about products he was selling.
I didn´t know if seeds a still legal in Switzerlan, couldn´t find any information on the net, so I asked....oh my good, this guy almost died, he got white lips, started trembling and I left for the sake of hies healt ;-)
Later I found information, that a costomer caused problems related to seeds. Seeds are illegal in Swiss...I understand his reaction, but this shop is not for me.
In a german city I found a grow shop, whrere the guy was keen on getting some information from me about co2 and big scale greenhouse growing.
Hes got a really small shop, equipped with everything you could possibly need to grow herb.
You can smoke tobacco inside, dogs are no problem. people compülaining about dogs in the shop: don´t touch the dog, so you won´t react, and the smoke of cigs won´t harm any equipement.
If u smoke in an indoor garden which is big enough or has a good ventilation thats not a problem. How I know.?

If you work for almost 8 h everyday in a garden, and do that every day, and you are a smoker...you´ll find out that none of this tales are true (smoke damaging anything;-))
I know there are some people being intolerant to nicotine even outside in plain nature.
I don´t cope with those.

Back to the original question:
the amount of resin deals with some factors:
first of all the genetics.
I am watching carefully, that the start is perfect, from gemination to the moment of the beginning of 12/12 (here i relax a bit).
If this was succesful, it is most important to have enough light! And last but not least the nutriants and the temperature.
To cold or to hot will stop the plants from developping, they go in a "wait mode".

What I recently started was to put my solution up with osmosis water. The ec was 1.1 before (pure water), which is quite high, after the osmosis it was 0.01, so I could use 1.1 more fertilizers to end up at the same amount of EC (but with much more fertilizer) this makes adifference.

...be surprised how many people go into grow shops to buy stuff for commercial veggie or flower gardens... quite surprising... but then again i'm surround by nurseries and foof stands...

I've been going to my local store for over 10 years...know all the employees on a first name basis, (i know their names), and even get discounts from the owner...I've always told them I grow peppers and tomatoes... lol just so i wasn't lying I DID actually start growing peppers in my back yard... the owner of the shop is a walking plethora of info...and quick to help me out when i have issues, he always suggests solutions that don't involve purchases and is a really cool guy...

Wow...i'd probably devastated if i got banned from the store....esp since they're the only authorized carrier of Canna products...lol


What pisses me off though is when fuckers come in smelling like straight reefer...bullshit stuff too mind you...walking around asking question about the biggest lights and biggest fans like they're bad asses, not know SHIT about growing.... we just laugh and shake our heads at them lmao

When i was younger there was a hemp paraphernalia shop in the city near where i was living and the dude was selling bags of weed and acid trips IN FRONT OF PEOPLE that were just browsing, he was crazy.
He would just give a nod and a wink and put the buds/ trips in a paper bag with a free conepiece or something small....
He was caught after a short while, but it was just ridiculous how stupid he must have been.

Around here they definitely still ask you to leave for saying bong.

The local head shop has started giving out tobacco with all paper purchases because if you get pulled over with papers and no tobacco they give you a paraphernalia charge.

Good ol' Midwest USA.

College campus store...believe they have been in trouble before for continuing to sell a customer a 'tobacco water pipe' after they came in looking for a bong. They run a pretty straight and narrow head shop. Commercialized smoke shop so to speak.. seems like the 'good' shops with real local glass n' such always go under.


I do know the state has enacted drug policies that automatically take your license away for any drug charge. Possession or paraphernalia (even papers with no tobacco present), while you wont get in much trouble.. you will lose your license for 6mnths.


Amazing some of us live in the same country, yet laws and the enforcement is so different.

sounds ridiculous to me too.
I smoke shag, and sometimes I run out of papers and sometimes out of tobacco...so it could easily happen to find me only having papers and no tobacco.
in Germany we have the term of "initial suspect". This means, if teh cop find e.g. papers with torn off cardboard (maybe used for a filter), they may search for drugs...or if you posses long papers...but this alone is not enough, there has to be a test before....
btw. there is nmo more "east germany" we reunited, it´s one country with same laws again, although the ossis prefer pills ;-)

No drugs aren't legal in swiss. not even beans are for sale, those times are far gone.
most of the people are damn scared of the police and quite paranoid.
except on the love parades and raves, ther are too many people so everyone is on drugs there.

wow, we have been going to the same grow store for years now, they know us my name....when we go in and its not busy, its "safety meeting" time and we go out back and smoke a doob or 2....very chill, very cool place to go and get supplies at.
