If a person left Earth, flew the speed of light in one direction for 6 months, made a u-turn then travels 6 months back at the speed of light. When they got back to Earth, how many years would have passed on Earth?

If there a math formula for this?

I'm not exactly sure, but I think according to relativity it would still be a year relative to here, but not the same time passage if he kept going on after that 1st 6 mos., relative to here. So it would be the same time passage here if he left from here and came back too here. Again, I'm not a physicist and not sure.
