Deep Stoner Thoughts

what if you could live your life through a 3rd person point of view. not like an over the shoulder kind of thing, but you could look at yourself all around from every angle. maybe look at it like a your first person point of view right at this moment, but that consciousness is out of body floating around you like an invisible camera drone. you still have full control over your actions and thoughts and your body is still yours but you literally watch yourself live out your life/actions/experiences right before your "eyes". that would be so cool.

It is.
There was a variety of LSD in the late '60s called Orange Sunshine.
It was the real deal. Full, super conscious, out-of-body overview.
I changed my life. I did not like the games that I was.
Allowed me a full re-boot to start over."

Not advocating anything, just saying it can be done.

Funny that Weezard, I had the same experience with the Orange Sunshine back in the late 70's in SF....Was like having your own personal drone circling yourself....took me too some other weird and wonderful dimension. Problem was I didn't come down for 3-4 days....must have been the dosage.

Never drop two tabs at once. :shucks: (1971)

I did as many as 4 at a time back in the day. Took some effort to get my tongue and brain to work together again, as far as putting an intelligent sentence together the next day.. Got busted the next day after one such event, while still trying resurrect my speaking ability.. I was 15 y.o. at the time. Was able to talk again by the time the bust was in completion phase.

But your comment reminded me of a couple brothers who stopped by to do some work here a year ago or so. After the more laborious part of the job was done, I broke out 3 different kind of buds, and rolled several joints (1 joint of each type), offering a couple tokes from each, then putting them out, so the one younger brother (in his 50s) could sample them, but not be overwhelmed by any one variety..

On their way home, the one brother commented to his older brother that he was "higher than he'd ever been in his life."

The older brother (in his mid-to-later 60s) told his younger brother (and later me) that it reminded him of what they said in the '60s; "Never take more than 6 if you don't know what they are."

I laughed pretty hard, remembering our own days of dosage by trial and error... Few true errors, but the ones that occurred were sometimes memorable.

Is it bad to not feel bad because I just wiped the board with my 12yo grandson at chess? Cause I don't.

orange sunshine. amazing that you experienced the exact thing that i thought just created in my mind, stoned to the bone on grease monkey last night. crazy i wasn't even a thought in the 70s. no way i could have known of usch a thing. maybe since the experience exists, the thought is out there in the human thought database and its only tangable because it wouldn't exist without first hand experience to bring it into the conscious realm.

does that even make any sense. i don't even wanna re read it cause i can barely make myself understand it in my own head. grabbing that dab rig now..

that sounds incredible.

Have you ever felt connected with someone on a deep spiritual level over the course of a conversation, just from hanging out and smoking together? Not really a deep thought, just my high thoughts tonight.

Yeah, those kids that haven't yet figured out that Santa is just some bi-polar whisky soaked bum that is out of a job for 364 days of the year.

My older sister told me there was no Santa Claus... I didn't believe her.

Then she took me into the garage and showed me my Christmas Presents. I was disappointed. I was 6 and she was 8.

We didn't lie to our kids. We were very careful to tell them that "Santa Clause lives in the spirit of giving at Christmas." Not a being, but a sentiment, to be honored.
