This is for the MAGA crowd here................. especially Med4u

I know the sites you guys visit have a 24 hr delay on news that might be negative to MAGA. Fox News has yet to report this.

Kash Patel testified in front of the grand jury yesterday after receiving immunity.

Kash Patel, a loyal aide to Donald Trump and former White House deputy, faced questions before a grand jury Thursday as part of a criminal investigation into the former president’s possession of classified records more than 18 months after he left office, according to a person familiar with the matter.

"Within days of Trump and his lawyers learning the FBI had begun a criminal investigation this spring, Patel offered right-wing media outlets what amounted to a public explanation for why Trump would still have so many sensitive government secrets.
“It’s information that Trump felt spoke to matters regarding everything from Russiagate to the Ukraine impeachment fiasco to major national security matters of great public importance,” Patel said in a Breitbart interview on May 5.
“Trump declassified whole sets of materials in anticipation of leaving government that he thought the American public should have the right to read themselves,” he said."

🤣 he has already stated the documents
Were declassified and is claiming the fifth... the prosecution must prove they were not..good luck with that
Garland better bust a move...his impeachment has already been filed Wrays too
And begins in January...gonna be a busy new year for the old goat
Wrong, as usual, just because he said that he heard Trump say some documents were declassified doesn't place the burden of proof on the DOJ. As has been stated numerous times now in order to make a verbal declassification official there are procedures that must be followed including documentation of the declassification, of which there is none and without it the declassification given verbally is meaningless and has no weight. So the burden of proof is still on Mr. Patel. At a minimum he would need to prove that the proper people were informed of the declassification and failed to do their part in the process to make it official. Also now that he's been given immunity he no longer has the protection of claiming the 5th since the immunity protects him from the risk of incriminating himself. As for next year don't go counting your votes before they are tallied. The party not in power usually only wins in mid terms because the turn out at the polls for mid terms is usually significantly less then the presidential yet so far turn out for early voting shows numbers that exceed 2020 and that favor democrats. Those already filed impeachments pretty much only amount to the Republicans jumping the shark at this point.

You are a stumbling fool...and would have your sphincter blown out in court
Read the fifth amendment never ever compelled to bear witness against yourself
Think...what are they going to do to kash Patel if he doesn't accept immunity and keeps invoking his 5th amendment rights?
Where you keep making your mistake is you seem to be under the dellusion that a person must accept an offer of immunity before it takes effect. That's not how it works. The prosecution offers immunity, the next step is that the prosecution and lawyers for defense works out the extent of such immunity. Once they reach an acceptable deal the immunity is granted. At that point the witness can no longer hide behind the 5th. That being said the person granted immunity can reject it but they must go on record as rejecting it, usually in a written signed statement. So far Mr. Patel was offered immunity, his lawyers and the DOJ worked out an arrangement because now the immunity has been granted. To date there is no reporting anywhere stating the Mr. Patel has rejected the immunity granted. Without that written signed statement rejecting the immunity granted the courts will uphold that he is no longer able to plead the 5th.

By the way in earlier posts you made the mistake of saying that Mr. Patel has not made an deal for immunity because he has done nothing wrong. If he has done nothing wrong then he can't plead the 5th. The 5th is only able to be invoked if your testimony would be enough to incriminate you of wrong doing. So anyone claiming the 5th is in fact guilty of something they just can't be forced to reveal what it is themselves...unless of course they've been granted immunity.

You still haven't figured out they live in inside out backwards land?

You can tell everything they are guilty of because they accuse everyone else months in advance.

Burden of proof is on DOJ. POTUS can declass at will. Procedures are not laws (particularly upon the president). The Deep State would like people to think that a POTUS can't declass at will, in part, because it shows that past administrations could have been transparent about things but, instead chose to keep the truth hidden from We the People. And when it all comes out, you will see what has been hidden and it is goiing to bring down the corrupt insurgency that has plagued our nation and world for so long.

This is incredibly and profoundly incorrect and illogical and shows a poor understanding of how things work in the US. The 5th is not supposed to be viewed as an admition of guilt and a person is innocent until proven guilty and convicted of a crime. The burden of proof that a crime was committed by a person falls on the government. Perhaps you are confused because of the six-year persecution of Donald Trump, in which prosecutors try to get him by searching out any potential wrongdoing. It is not legal or constitutional to target somebody for political prosecution or any prosecution. A crime must be committed (observed or reported) and then, only after, an investigation may take place.
