The hits just keep on coming for Team Trump. In a win for the Justice Department, a federal appeals panel ruled Wednesday that department investigators could resume looking at highly sensitive documents seized from Donald Trump’s Florida estate as part of a criminal probe into the former president. The intervention from the three-judge panel, made up of two Trump appointees and one Obama pick, lifted U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon’s order last Thursday that prevented investigators from accessing roughly 100 classified records until after Raymond Dearie, the special master appointed to independently review the Mar-a-Lago cache of roughly 11,000 total documents, had combed through them for privileged material. In a 29-page unanimous decision, the 11th Circuit court said it was “self-evident” that the public interest lay with discovering whether the records with classified markings had been improperly stored and caused “exceptionally grave damage” to national security.

Nope. Not yet. Just a lot of scrambling and bluffing by tRump's diminished legal team, and the distinct appearance that the number of lies he's told are rapidly falling down on their faces... rather publicly, too, I'd add. Fucking priceless, frankly.

he's been a thieving POS for over 40 years that i have seen. he might have told the truth one time that i am aware of, the time he said "he could shoot someone & not get arrested". maybe he'll eat a S&W barrel & prove that theory to be true. i hope it is caught on camera...

looking like he's gonna drag that imbecile Lindell down with him. his last lawsuit was tossed, he's gonna have to face one from the voting machine company, and today we are told that he is under investigation for identity theft & the distribution of the stolen computer codes/passwords that the election official (Peters) gave him for his "cyber symposium" where he would unveil the "truth"...:biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh:

It probably is best to have the public informed about what these documents are (before the midterm)... :smoker:

So it's a punk rock morning is it?

It’s a damn shame what happened to Jello.…60 pounds overweight and still whining…still thinks he’s relevant.

Sometimes it’s best not to meet the heroes of your youth.

* that being said…everything the DKs did up to Bedtime for Democracy was intelligent and scary stuff. Fresh Fruit is still the most game changing album of my life. First time I heard it…I was like…yep…there it is.

I think it's an awful big assumption that anyone who has a brilliant streak will just stay relevant.

Listen to Terrance McKenna. When he first started talking he was on such a roll. Then he mostly ran out of stuff to say but kept speaking for several more years.

Here’s a show I saw at the Whiskey generations ago. The Ramones also played. Double stacked ashtray, back in the powder daze.

Nice! First time I saw the Ramones I was a teenager….’82ish. Blew me away.

The hardcore punk scene of the 80s was a lot like the hippie movement of the 60s….just faster…and more fights. Messages were pretty much the same.

To this day I want to slap Nazi skinheads senseless. It’s bred into me.

If only the punks had a Jerry Garcia and Stanley Owsley, imagine what would have evolved out of the aggressive sound.

I used to joke about how Phil Lesh should start a punk band.
