Why does this video appear to be so heavily edited? There are so many 'cuts' in the video.
But, on the subject matter; Bar was the head of DOJ. Not military. Not NSA. Not CIA. So, he only had limited access to domestic interference info. Also, he knows that there is a criminal conspiracy. So, there may be elements of counter-intelligence 'maneuvering' in Bar's statements.
There are even 'wild' possibilities at play here (known-unknowns). For instance, what if Bar is actually a military 'special ops' operator. Did the military take control of DOJ in 2017 -2018?
