good news!

Just found this substack that says fasting can cure jab caused immune system injury:

REPAIR YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM, OR DIE - by Ehden Biber (substack.com)

The Solution

How can those who have a horrific damage to their immune system which was caused by the experimental gene therapy in order to survive ? The surprising answer is one word: FASTING!

In 2014 The Telegraph has reported that scientists have found that fasting for as little as three days can regenerate the entire immune system, even in the elderly. The researchers said that fasting "flips a regenerative switch" which prompts stem cells to create brand new white blood cells, essentially regenerating the entire immune system.

Here are more quotes from the article:

"It gives the 'OK' for stem cells to go ahead and begin proliferating and rebuild the entire system," said Prof Valter Longo, Professor of Gerontology and the Biological Sciences at the University of California.

"And the good news is that the body got rid of the parts of the system that might be damaged or old, the inefficient parts, during the fasting. Now, if you start with a system heavily damaged by chemotherapy or ageing, fasting cycles can generate, literally, a new immune system."

"When you starve, the system tries to save energy, and one of the things it can do to save energy is to recycle a lot of the immune cells that are not needed, especially those that may be damaged," Dr Longo said.

"What we started noticing in both our human work and animal work is that the white blood cell count goes down with prolonged fasting. Then when you re-feed, the blood cells come back. So we started thinking, well, where does it come from?"

Fasting for 72 hours also protected cancer patients against the toxic impact of chemotherapy.

Dr Longo added: “There is no evidence at all that fasting would be dangerous while there is strong evidence that it is beneficial. I have received emails from hundreds of cancer patients who have combined chemo with fasting, many with the assistance of the oncologists. Thus far the great majority have reported doing very well and only a few have reported some side effects including fainting and a temporary increase in liver markers. Clearly we need to finish the clinical trials, but it looks very promising.”

You can read the full article here.

IMPORTANT! According to this interview with Dr. Valter Longo, for a fast to qualify as prolonged for humans, it usually means a fasting of around 4 to 5 days.

if you don't eat for 3 weeks or so, all of your problems (and those you were causing for others) will be solved. takes a lot less time if you don't drink anything, in case you were in a hurry... 3 to 5 days w/out water or food. :good:

Do you guys still eat horse paste?
me? i don't take any meds. i don't trust 'em

but it is interesting (to me) how propaganda was used to obfuscate the narrative to the point where a lot of people can't differentiate fact from bullshit - the very thing that video discusses.

edit to add:

“The lowest form of popular culture - lack of information, misinformation, disinformation, and a contempt for the truth or the reality of most people's lives - has overrun real journalism. Today, ordinary Americans are being stuffed with garbage.”

It's Friday - time for a party, party weekend:

Health experts are quitting the NIH and CDC in droves because they're embarrassed by 'bad science' - including vaccinating children under 5 to 'make their advice palatable to the White House,' doctors claim

Two of America's top health agencies are reportedly hemorrhaging staff as poor decision-making, described by staff as 'bad science,' has led to low morale.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) are both suffering staff shortages, according to Dr. Marty Makary, a top public-health expert at Johns Hopkins University, writes at Common Sense, the Substack run by former New York Times columnist, Bari Weiss.

Major decisions made by the agencies that hurt morale included support for masking in schools, school closures during the pandemic and the authorization of COVID-19 vaccines for children four and under.

there sure is a truckload of bad science. too bad the US educational system has been dumbed down to the point that people don't even know what science is, and, are perfectly content to offload the requirement to do critical thinking to some authority figure, or two. and math skills? forget about it.

Perfect example of somebody who would represent themselves in court.

People spend lifetimes gaining knowledge in their professions to become experts and your comment dismisses that.

  • The original strain of COVID-19 had a reproductive rate — formally known as Ro or R- naught value — of around 3.3. This means that on average, an infected person infected three other people, according to Fortune

  • The newer omicron subvariants have infection rates that have skyrocketed past most human viruses. BA.4 and BA.5 have reproductive rates of around 18.6, which is tied or slightly higher than measles — Ro 18 — and mumps — Ro 12.

simultaneously just a cold, and a leaked bioweapon at the same time.

and, like a cold, there is no effective vaccine for covid. i think the 0.8% to 1.2% absolute risk reduction to be ineffective.

Omicron was a leaked transmittable vaccine against all COVID viruses. As it spreads it becomes more contagious but less harmful. But those who took the jabs have weakened immune responses or allergenic immune responses to COVID viruses. That's the theory I've been rolling with, anyway. It seems to be in line with everything we know about immunity, infection, and allergic responses (think: cytokine storm).
