Hey DJ some nice looking seedlings.

I saw you mentioned Guerrilla Gold. Are we talking bout the Breeder Brad crosses? I grew a shit load of stuff from UDG site. Those canucks had some good early finishers.
GG1, GG2, GG3 grew them all.

I always wondered if the new autos were worth a try. What are your thoughts?

Some 2nd round
@28 days yesterday June 12.
No inside head start for these, just sprout, and out.
Strain is SG, (Scotian Gold at F2) a cross of Gorilla Gold X Dinafem White widow XXL auto.

For me the gorilla gold didn't finish at end of August like it was supposed to, and the Dinafem WW XXL were just too damn small at about 75 days total. The cross suits me perfectly, a 90 day weed. Given decent light will have branches right to the ground, and can easily make a QP. Best one last year was 175 grams.

Enjoyed reading this post.

My wife was the reason I became a guerrilla grower.
She is so square you have to be careful when you touch her because you will cut your fingers.
I love her too and respect your comments. I went 100% guerrilla to keep the my relationship first, MJ was a very close second.:tiphat:

Just thought I'd post this little funny story here as its some what related to this thread.

So I got one plant ripped a few weeks ago and for some crazy (or smart reason) they took the plant that wasn't in flower.

After some paranoid days and all the kind words here I decided to move the hole op to a new spot and cut my other plant that was annoyingly in flower to take tbe hear off the site.

I took the immature flowers. (maybe 2g dried) and killed the rest. Tonight I took at look at my swagg and thought he'll why not. While watering plants in the greenhouse I dusted off my pipe and smoke two bowls and finished mixing soil to take up to the new site... After 5-10mins I'm feeling pretty high (let's all bear in mind ghat I've not got high since agora went offline say 5-6 years?? And since then since 2009).

Anyway finished getting all the soil ready for the next trip up to the new location and think to myself.. Where did I leave the pipe and lighter (Mrs is very strict and it would mean weeks in the dog house).

Shit it's not on the side in the greenhouse,... Not on the floor... Not stashed in the vermiculite, not in my drawer in the garage.

Shit.. Where the Heck have I put it, this is always how I get busted! Too stupid to hide my own tracks what ever shit I'm up to (not cheating, I love my wife).

Anyway.. After panicking in the dark in the greenhouse.. I thought maybe I put it in the car.. At first nothing then I checked under the back seats.. Like literally pulled the seats up and everything.... Ta da! There they are!

Had no memory of doing this... God knows what I'll be lick with some ripe, well cured buds.?

I'll correct the spelling and grammar when I'm straight

Dude look at the size of those fans, WOW. Reminds me of La Con.

Nice spot looks well hidden.

I planted these a few days ago. More Cowbell, More Cowbell OGKB remix, Grandma's Hashplant, and Time Bandit. After reading good things about Bodhi's 88g13hp crosses I had to give these a try.[/QUOTE]

Thanks Hamstring,

Yes the same Guerrilla Gold, I got it from *********.ca (coincidentally run by a "Brad") At the time it was a Boggy Bottom Boys (I think) offering, or something like that...it is no longer listed. One good reason to grow a few seeds of your own.

As far as the "new autos" go, I don't have a lot of experience with them except the Dinafem I mentioned, but my opinion would be any of them that finish from seed in less 80 days are probably going to be too small to be worth the effort. The extra 10 days, or 2 weeks of veg makes a lot of difference.

For me if I get preflower at the 7th node, that's perfect. Anything sooner than that usually means mini plants. My best SG this year has a preflower at the 6th node, but it is no runt, and should be OK.

We used to grow something known to us only as "early weed" it was also a 90 day strain. Plant seed June 1, and chop September 1. It was really good weed, 2 puff buzz, and I never got immune to it. I have been chasing to find something as good ever since. I kicked my ass a thousand times for letting the seed get too old.

This year I'm also trying something different, Richard Williams - Hasha. Supposed to be done end of August. I could find no reports about it, even though it has been around a long time, I hope it is good.

I laughed so hard beer came out my nose.

Yeah weed is definitely second place.. It's not until my recent move and while exploring that I thought, hey I could grow weed here.

My youngest daughter walked into the greenhouse the other day and said "anything suspicious in here", I said "what do you mean??", she replied "courgette flowers".. I think she heard mum say this at some point.

Just got back from the hideout...Sweating my old ass off.

I siphon the water to my plants from a very small reservoir in the woods thru 200 feet of hidden pipe and hose.
Since it's just sitting there I decided to start aerating the water before putting on my plants.
I do this by running it out the hose thru a screen and into a 20 gallon container.
Then I dip it out and water with it..
The big holes are up to using 4 1/2 gallons, twice a week now.
As the girls get bigger, they'll be up to 8 gallons per hole, every 3 days by next month..

Everything is growing like gangbusters!
The closeup picture is a silver haze. Looking forward to tasting her in late Oct ..

Thanks man...

I just realized that the girl in the middle of the first pic, is the same Silver Haze that I posted a close-up of...

One birdfeeder, and one birdhouse that's being used, but the main reason they are there is they bring in the very best grasshopper and caterpillar control that I have ever used..

This is a natural clearing in the woods, which I cleared out a bit...The undergrowth is so thick, there's only one way in, thru a tunnel I have to stoop over to walk thru.

So i know this is light depp and not really outdoor. But i figured it would be nice to see some sun grown flowering plants a little early. These are about a month into flowering. I'm guessing they are around 2lb plants. Usually i keep them way smaller and run more in a greenhouse that size but i had to do something with those overgrown plants.

Hey brother you sound like a young me. Like your intestinal fortitude. I dont post much anymore in the outdoor forum since I got my med license . Its fun to commiserate with fellow guerrillas. I love learning from the indoor growers but I am a guerrilla at heart.

It would suck to break a leg out in the bush right? Stay safe. Job #1 one is Entrance/Exit strategy many guerrillas never learn that. I own a kayak and am a avid biker . Both hobbies were started to support my guerrilla habit. Habit vs hobby :)

Many of my Entrance( capitalize to express importance) strategies start with a 5mile bike ride to a kayak dropped off at 4:30am . Then a 1.5 hr paddle to my spot. The spot may not even be remote. Its about the Entrance/Exit strategy.

Keep up the good work. I'm sure we can both come up with some good stories. I have had my time on IC talking about them now its yours.

For close to 13 years I have been doing everything in the bush. I have over a 90% success ratio of starting seeds in the bush. I dont mean harvest I mean germ rates. Completely different outcome on harvest ratio.
Thanks for the kind words, I always enjoy and appreciate when the guys who've been around the block a few times chime in and offer words of wisdom. Much respect to the older guerrillas. :tiphat: Hoping that eventually there will be some changes where I live and a legal indoor grow will be possible for me. I love Indicas, particularly Afghani's. They don't do too well out in the bush though, mold wrecks them in fall.

I totally relate to the worries of injuries out bush. Always keep a phone on me just in case, but that is turned off and stowed in a faraday bag. You're totally right about the entrance/exit strategies. Basically I find the most pain in the ass way (usually by water) to get in and out and never leave a footprint. So far has worked well (knocks on wood.) My mountain bike is my favorite growing tool... It's light, fast, quiet, and can go places most vehicles can't. And yes, way too many good stories to tell and more are made each season. Really keeps me on my toes.

WOW its nice to hear Brad is still out there tossing beans around.

Thanks for the dope on the autos.I agree it would suck to spend the same amount of time putting in a plot of autos vs early finishers only to pull a once per plant. The risk/reward doesn't add up.

DUDE!!!! I am still chasing the original endless sky from Dr green thumb ( never to be found again) and jay sprout at UDG had a strain called AK99 X Friesland. Both were killer strains and done by 2nd week in September. Endless sky was a thumper!!! Still the most potent plant I ever smoked.

Keep chasing brother and let a brother know when you hit a winner. I can finally have a mother plant.

Thanks Hamstring,
