yeah the microbe life brand is not available in certain states for some odd reason . & Cali is picky about what they allow to be sold anyways !

I’ve been having some issues with veg bloom as well. My young Plants were yellowing and red/ purple stems. I use vb tap version. I think a lot of the problems were due to ph issues, mine being too high. My run off was like 7.5 plus and I feed my plants at 5.5. So I just flushed and gave them little extra cal mag 3 ml/ gallon and some seaweed/ kelp from growmore. Now new growth seem very happy and super green.

thats a pretty good combo ..... especially the seaweed . calmag i only use unless needed . but yeah the V&B does seem to lack something in veg & extra vitamins & aminos have been helping .

If you all dont foliar spray kelp..fulvic..aminos..& yucca in veg you really should. It makes all the difference with V+B powder. Its what I use and my plants are extremely happy. Spray em once a week in veg. Powders as well from kelp4less. Its all you need for additives. Dont really even need that but it gives em that little extra.

Thanks for the tip! Another quick question.. Have you guys used mpk instead of shine? Isn’t it pretty much same thing? And also How much kelp and amino acid do you mix with water for foliar spray as well as in reservoir??

I’ve been reading this thread for about 4 hours now and it is very helpful! I wasn’t able to cover everything so I’m sorry if my questions were already answered.

1/8 to 1/4 of a teaspoon of dry kelp powder, fulvic acid, plant protein hydrolysate (amino), & just a very light pinch of dry yucca extract to a gallon of decent tap water. No pH adjusting needed. Spray the canopy in the finest mist spray bottle you can get. Entire canopy...both topside and underside of leaves really good. Once a week in veg and early flower. Best to use it right away and not let it sit for another week as thats when all the goodies start to weaken. So if a gallon is too much (it is for me - alls I need is a quart spray bottles worth) then you will have to break down those micro measurements. A quarter to half of a quarter teaspoon....I know. Its really small. I get all these dry powders for cheap from kelp4less. And they last forever. Kelp4less also has this rocket fuel pre mixed and all in one but I like to buy the 4 powders myself and play with ratios depending on what my plants are telling me. Be sure and jar or ziplok baggie these up (get all the air out of the baggies) and use dessicant packets to keep moisture away from them. If not...they clump up into hard rocks and its useless to get it to dissolve after that. Try it out though. Use all 4 for the best of the best. Its the only additive that Ive used that makes a real difference. My plants love this shit. They grow nice and short and super health bushes with tops all over. Perfect for limited space indoor gardening.

By the way...your kelps, aminos, fulvic acid, and yucca is way more effective as a foliar spray than in the reservoirs with the base mineral feeds. Leave the tanks for the main feed and the extras as a foliar spray.

Sounds like you are getting down with Harley Smith... But amino acids should be used in the res too.. the best Transporter for calcium

Harley Smith is selling salts at bottled fertilizer cost then you have to mix them yourself. Mixing your own salts is great. But they shouldn't come at bottled fertilizer cost.

NPK Raw Potassium K 50% 2 lb $50.00
NPK Raw Nitrogen N 20%. 2 lb $50.00

Yara Potassium nitrate 13-0-46 20 lb $36.00.

Yes. Hes working for NPK now. The RAW SOLUBLES line of dry powders. Kind of a rip actually. You can get them much cheaper now. That was NPK Industries "schtick" at first. To seperate themselves from the pack. And took ex - HDI face man Harley Smith on board. But the prices are just silly. Smith is the man though. He knows what hes talking about. Hes been around the "industry" forever. Formulated Motherplant Nutrient for HDI and use to work with HDI sister company Growth Technology with Gunstone and Barry. These old timers are very smart. And complete MASTER GROWERS. Each amd everyone of em can root a popsicle stick.
