they had a 60 day veg & were chopped at 58 days .

i always found maxi at 1 tsp per gallon way to strong ! it came out to like 2.2 EC .
thats almost double the strength i use . if your going to feed that strong make sure of 3 things ..... 1 make sure you get runoff every time you feed . 2 get rid of that runoff right away ! do NOT let the pots sit in it long enough it dries out . thats how salts build up . & 3rd ... if you do a once a week flush , never use plain water , just do it with a very week nute mix . plain water will throw off the cations in the coco & you'll have all kinds of Defs showing .
why you changing the rez so often ? how small of a rez are you using ? my 18 gallon totes used to last 4 days before they needed refilling . never really cleaned them out unless shit got in them . i just topped them off & remixed my nutes in it . i do the same with my 55's now . run it till its almost empty (7 to 10 days)& refill & remix .....

if i ran more than 6 plants i could have vegged less . 9 plants would have been great with a 40 to 45 day veg , but with only 6 & trying to hit my 2lb mark , they needed a longer veg time . i'll know in a few days if i did or not , but i bet i came close .
They look nice, and my Sour Bubble doesn't lose a ton of weight..dense. You are correct tho, it won't fill your screen lightning fast! Also mine gets majorly huge water leafs, like way bigger than my head big! My Sour Bubble yields well, but is by far the slowest vegger in my garden. On a positive note, I have noticed a bit more stretch on my Sour Bubble plants getting VB RO in veg vs MaxiGrow...both with V/H booster. Although Sour Bubble is a slow vegger....the scales never lie! It will produce very well, and if given enough time you will reach your goal of 2#. I have had SourBubble for a VERY long time. IT will be interesting to see how she flowers with VB, I have years of comparisons.

How tall did they finish at dan? If I vegged my Sourbubble that long under hps, it would finish at 6' or so. No way I could contain it in a tent. When you say a 60 day veg, are you talking rooted plants under hid's for 60days, or are you counting the time it takes them to root them? In the past, I've let my clones root under 20w t-5's for up to a month, then under a 432w t-5 for 3-4 weeks, then 4-5 weeks of veg under the hps. I guess technically speaking, I've been vegging for ~90days, but the first 60 days is under t-5's with little to no growth. Usually under 10" when they hit the hps. I've always counted just the hid time.

Thanks bro, that's truly helpful knowledge. I'm out of town a lot man. I have a regular job so I feed from timers..... I usually change the red every 5 days because that's the only time I'm home. I have a 15 gal res. I drained half the res after reading your input n filled back w strait tap. I feed for 10 mins a day and the runoff goes back into the res. does that sound like I'm doing things properly...... I was trying to feed 7 times a day for 2 mins at a time, but my pumps are cheap as my set up..... Lol.

I have a bunch of Sour Bubbles in Veg right now, gonna veg 2 of the another week, then flip them. Feeding VB and VH for 1st 2 weeks of flower. Then drop the VH. One SB will get +Size weeks 3-6, 1 won't get any. They will be side by side. So, I will know how much (if any) good it does for Sour Bubble. FWIW, my SB usually takes 9 weeks to finish...not 8. Would be nice to shed a week off of flower.
I ran canna coco A&B thru blumats for 6 weeks or so then I started hand watering in 16oz of the +size every 3 days in weeks 3-6 to see if it made a difference. I saw a noticeable difference with the +size. I mix 2tsp of +size in 5 gal with 4tsp of the HD. No side by side test just eyeballing it
How did the Canna batch turn out? I am not that impressed with HD, and the Dirty is horrible for Coco. So far on ALL side by sides the RO version is absolutely the only product that I know works well in Coco. I have a bunch of HD left, so I will be experimenting with it on other strains that I have. And I may also try a 2 to 1 ratio of RO to HD. I harvest weekly, so I am cloning weekly...plenty of extras to try experiments on.
Gonna make the switch to veg + bloom, from maxibloom. maxibloom is great but i know they got picked up by scotts, and after hearing so many good things about veg + bloom, i know i want to try it.

Does the VH make the SourBubble stretch more in flower? If so, how much of a difference does it make?
I have not used it in flower yet, but I see a difference in veg...and dans buds uses it the first 2 weeks of Flower, I'm gonna try that out soon. My Sour Bubble needs to stretch, so I will try the VH out on my next Sour bubble in flower.
