I agree Josey. There is a learning curve with any new product I dont care how long you have been doing this and how much we think we know. And anyone who doesn't think so doesn't know shit. Ive seen same plants different growers produce an entirely different product. Know Ive had strains around over a decade and I have seen them act different a 20-30 different times different feeds different foods and different environment conditions no matter how you cut and dice it thats the facts.

I see burt plants dude. You over did it. Im sorry Ive seen way worse flowers then that... you may not have got as much but you def. got a worthy flowers by the looks of those pics.

Nothing wrong with what your saying I would not be happy if I messed up like that. But to say write it off without trying to make adjustments is a cop out in my book. Get your shit together and hammer out a good round. And try one plant you know really well and kill it. Or dont bother but you cant expect people to think your right with those burt up plants... I dont know your whole situation but I know these guys in here would help you with advice for free hands down giving is what they are and your going about it all wrong.

Hey Twisted not sure who you were refering to but Youre right on the money, no one can pin down Mother Nature and lets face it thats who we are working with when Growing, Some people think they can play god or that they belive they have a roadmap to an awesome grow, Thats when trouble starts! You getting 2.0 ec using 2grams a gallon with +size? Mines where heavy feeders in promix around 1.8 but took about 5 grams a gallon for me. Your plants are looking awesome might have to try that fwok next run.

Guerrilla glue. 2 gramps per gal gets me .6 EC I do 2grams +SZ and like 3-4grams HD per gal every other watering. Still playing with it but it's working great

I started with the RO formula, and was very happy with it. On advice from HR, I switched to the HD formula. The structure and smell have remained the same, but the flavor has seriously dropped off. Anyone else experience this? I grow in coco/perlite with blumats if it matters.

i have never used it. im got a free sample of the + size & + life. looking forward to trying it out though. im not sure how many plants the sample of + size will do so im thinking i may just pick up 1 pound of the + size and ask for another free sample of the + life with that order.

Been growing with v+b for about 4 years now, decided to share how I've come as close to perfection using it as possible. I use the R/O version in my tap water, which is very clean.

Here is how I grow my Green Crack strain with V+B perfectly(7 week strain):

Veg- 600ppm v+b, 1 tsp +life per 5 gals
week 1 flower- 700ppm v+b
week2-3 flower- 800ppm v+b
week 4 flower- 1 tsp per 5 gals +size then enough v+b to reach 800 ppm
week 5 flower- 1 tsp per 5 gals +size then enough v+b to reach 500 ppm
week 6 flower- 2 tsp per 5 gals +size then enough v+b to reach 300ppm which is usually close to none
week 7- flush

For an 8 week strain I'd bump week 5 to 700, 6 to 500, 7 to 300, 8 flush

Your about 100 ppms higher than i run , but yeah , sounds perfect to me Rhody , i peek at 700 to 750 in flower & 500 in veg , but yeah your schedule works very well

i stopped using his plus size & plus life cuz of the sandy residue i get in the bottom of my rez's when using it . but its more because of my OCD than any good or harm it does to the plants .
i use MB ferts vitamin/hormone boost in veg instead , & was using their PK boost , but i'm dropping boosters all together , i do better with just plain V&B than any booster has done .

I love it ! my veg has never looked better . i won't use it in flower much anymore ..... makes them stretch more & i've got limited headroom . i might use it in flower on my indicas to help them gain a little height . but yeah i like it alot .

Got a few lbs. going to run it half of my ladies this round and see how it goes. For me if I can get away without having to use all these bottles Im currently using and get away with only having to source one thing from now on that would be huge for me. I spent allot of time and money using what I use today. To Imagine the same results with one powder I would be stupid to not at least try it.

I tried running a high ec(~1.8) for most of flower this last run. NOT something I'll be repeating. Previously, I'd always stayed at 1.6 or under , and built up to that. I'm really starting to buy into the "less is more" philosophy.

For an 8 week strain, how would you progress up to the 1.4 mark? What about tapering off? I use 1/2tsp of +life throughout, and 1g/gal of the +size in weeks 3-6. I've considered using Hydroplex as a hardener for the next run. I've got about a 1/2gal, and don't want to let it go to waste.
