aaaand today, Baldwin walks away today from the criminal aspect of the shooting. the civil suits lined up and waiting for their pound of flesh has got to be unnerving, lol...the all-important mantra - rule #1 - you treat every gun as if loaded. rule #2 - see rule #1.

The armorer will be held responsible. She is the only one left still facing charges. It is their sole responsibility to make all weapons safe. They have to be present when any firearm is used. Baldwin did what most do when acting in a scene with a gun. He was handed a gun that was deemed safe. It could have been any actor in the same situation..

There was already a monetary settlement with the family.
