Really too bad that he fired the gun (though he claims he never pulled the trigger lmao), and that someone who deserved to be able to live their life, and the family members and friends that knew her, paid, and are paying, the utmost price. Loss of life. George Clooney, when he heard about the fact that that wonderful lady lost her life, was startled, and in utter disbelief. Having been on sets with firearms, he was totally aghast that the guy would have even had a gun in his hands without knowing it was loaded with live rounds. And, if you have never held a real firearm, loaded with live ammo, and loaded said firearm yourself, you should not be holding one in the first place, if you are so unaware of what that is in fact inside the firearm. Sorry doesn't bring back anyone. And the permanent loss should definitely not go by the wayside, or be pushed under the rug or carpet. Tragic and incredibly sad. JMHO

baldy had the gun in his hand, it went off, killed someone.... if he gets off, every guy who shoots someone, be it in a dispute,robbery,etc etc, should use the baldy defense... i didn't pull the trigger

There was a reason that those "six shooters" were usually five shots loaded with the hammer resting on an empty sixth chamber's capless nipple.
But I'm sure everyone weighing in is well aware of that reason and is fully debriefed on the make of the gun... I however am not.

Yes it was a six shooter filming a western. Very well know and explained in the conservative press. As was the fact no live ammo should have been on the set.

F. Pietta Italian made Colt single action army clone, in .45 LC. much cheaper/replaceable versus using the real thing at thousands of dollars per.
You can't let him go to prison, he won't fit in with the neo Nazis and someone will finger him. Jail sucks. Some people just aren't made to handle it. Not sure if he could. I didn't get fingered when I did 2 weeks but it still sucked. Commissary!!!! Canteen! Damn I feel bad for people in jail.

They closed the Trump indictments thread by OPs request. There might be another chance though coming out of the skewer in NY.

i don't know. i'm sure i've probably known several (two were reporters for a local paper that smoked dope, so you know they are going to hell), but living behind the buckle of the Bible belt doesn't offer much in the way of variety. probably several in Johnson City (college town) and across the mountains around Asheville NC is probably rotten with them. fuckin' hippies...
