I recall a guy being killed by a lava lamp.

He was stupid and put it on the burner of his stove.

Him and his stupidity are to blame, but the glass from the lamp was technically what killed him.

lets not forget the whole story.i didnt.they were shooting guns in the desert like idiots and they "forgot"to change the real bullets with blanks.the whole thing is shady and anyone with real experience with guns can see how dumb everyone and everything involved is.the girl was clearly not doing her job.her rich daddy with connections got her the job.fuck her and Baldwin.

"if" you have a pistol (or any firearm) that could fire live ammo, then it is a strict "no damn way" to have ANY live ammo on the set. if they wanted to shoot targets or whatever, they should have left the set & gone to a range. too big of a risk having live ammo (obviously) where it might get mixed in with the blanks. the armorer is stonewalling id'ing whoever brought live rounds. was it her ? or does she not know...

Yeah even if they aren't the ones that brought the bullets for sure they knew and should have never allowed that, or let a gun unchecked. It was stupid. But they were probably drinking, having fun and this didn't care so much at that time.

That depends, was the gun prepared for set and checked by the armorer before? If it was deemed safe, he might not have so much of the blame. If they were just playing with guns and he knew real bullets are around, he might be stupid and guilty.

i don't know the law, but, the gun was in his hand, a woman was killed by a bullets from that gun... so...

The armorer wasn't even there when it happened. They were doing the scene without her there for whatever reason.
