Alec Baldwin to be charged with involuntary manslaughter over “Rust” death

I dont think putin would use nukes, hed rather keep throwing teens into the wood chipper. But if that wagner leader pushes him out and takes over, which i suspect will happen, that will open the door for all kinds of worse scenarios. Either way its not ending anytime soon and nato could be doing a hell of a lot more to help

Thats why i love High Plains Drifter so much. He portions out his anger with explosives ;)
riding horseback and tossing sticks of dynamite DOES look like a fun way to kill a day or two... you used to be able to waltz into hardware stores and buy the shit if you didn't look like a member of the SDS or Weather Underground. it's a bit more complicated now. some folks just don't HAVE a sense of humor anymore. :dunno:

too scared of a wider war developing. it will shock me if they give Ukraine much that could threaten Moscow... they would rather bleed Russia dry in a limited conflict. this is the main reason they are not giving them advanced fighter jets...so far.

“Propaganda does not deceive people; it merely helps them to deceive themselves.” - Eric Hoffer

Unipolarity and hegemony is dead. NATO is irrelevent- a paper tiger. Ru shoots 10x more missiles. And no they havent run out yet. All infrastructure has been disabled. Wo electricity and rails, war building is at a standstill. Ukraine has been neutralized. Tell me again how you win a war without ammo and a means to deliver to the front line? EU is starting to back away and us is looking for a way to save face and declare victory as evidenced by the noise we are starting to hear. Should have complied with Minsk agreement but it isnt about ukra after all, they are but another tool tb ground up to save the dollar

if any of your dreams were true, the war would already be over, and you would be basking in the glow of the glorious military victory over fucking wheat farmers. but, that's not what has happened, is it? :ROFLMAO:

Not a dreamer but a realist. Anyone who thinks they can come in Ru back door is delusional. History has shown differently. Anyone willing to fk with a nuclear superpower that has a clear advantage in arms superiority in numbers with hypersonic missiles and nuke torpedoes should think seriously about that reality. It is we who will suffer because of wrong thinking from our leaders. Fk war. We got no business there. We have got enough problems at home.

we had everything we needed, and Patton was all for it. plus, we had that little ace in the hole (atomic bombs) all to ourselves at the moment. we should have "shared" a few with Moscow & saved a hell of a lot of trouble over the next 80 years. hindsight etc...

Aaaaaand back to the topic @ hand:
Alec the actor says "Not Guilty" on Thursday so no court on Friday.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/marisa...luntary-manslaughter-charges/?sh=4a29ee4d515d

"Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer set conditions for Baldwin's release (he remains free):.............and is not allowed to consume alcohol or possess a firearm or dangerous weapons."

But can smoke all the marijuana he wants since stoners aren't allowed to own guns, right?

Let's see, dodged a more serious charge already and cancelled court on Friday. Yeah, he's going away for life, (NOT!)

Actor Alec Baldwin pleaded not guilty to the involuntary manslaughter charges he faces following a fatal shooting on the set of his film “Rust.”

According to court documents filed on Thursday, Baldwin also waived a virtual first court appearance scheduled for Friday in New Mexico’s First Judicial District Court.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer approved the waiver and allowed Baldwin to be released on his own recognizance as long as he complies with certain conditions, including:

  • Not consuming alcohol.
  • Not possessing firearms or dangerous weapons.
  • Obeying all federal, state, tribal and local laws.
  • Maintaining contact with his attorney.

4)Latham and Watkins represented Perkins Coie.

5) Perkins Coie includes Michael Sussmann and Marc Elias as partners

6A)Sussmann worked on Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign.
6B)Marc Elias is General Counsel for Hillary Arkancide Clinton.

Conclusion - premeditated murder, six degrees of separation from Hillary Arkancide Clinton.
Somebody did not take the pre planned rap with Durham.

Special counsel John Durham is asking a judge to examine potential conflicts of interest in Latham & Watkins’s defense of former Perkins Coie partner Michael Sussmann.

The issue stems from Latham’s prior representation of Perkins Coie and another of its former partners, Marc Elias, on issues also related to Durham’s probe that may be relevant in Sussmann’s upcoming trial, according to a motion filed by Durham’s prosecutors.

Sussmann, a former cybersecurity partner at Perkins Coie, was indicted in September as part of the Durham investigation for allegedly lying to the then-general counsel of the FBI during a 2016 meeting about purported ties between then-Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Russia. Sussmann allegedly told the FBI that he was not meeting with the bureau on behalf of a client, when he was actually working with both Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and a technology executive that was conducting opposition research on Trump.

Alec Baldwin Tallies Another Win in Defense as ‘Rust’ Special Prosecutor Steps Down

The special prosecutor overseeing criminal charges in the Rust shooting is stepping down from the case.

In a statement, Andrea Reeb said she will no longer assist in the prosecution in light of arguments from Alec Baldwin’s lawyers that it’s “unconstitutional” for her to participate in the case due to her elected position in the New Mexico House of Representatives.

“My priority in this case—and in every case I’ve prosecuted in my 25-year career—has been justice for the victim,” the statement continues. “However, it has become clear that the best way I can ensure justice is served in this case is to step down so that the prosecution can focus on the evidence and the facts, which clearly show a complete disregard for basic safety protocols led to the death of Halyna Hutchins. I will not allow questions about my serving as a legislator and prosecutor to cloud the real issue at hand.”

I love how the Hollywood Reporter is calling it another win. Bu-Bye Andrea, yo 15 minutes is up! Now that her and her ego are gone would you be surprised if they drop the whole criminal prosecution?
