Ive tried the the lineup on plants grown in coco.. It worked well to help the pre diseased plants thrive. Miss a foliar feeding and you better be ready for shit to break loose.two foliar misses and your almost guaranteed something will get sick or attract bugs. Seemingly more so than if you never started the foliar program at all. They dont like to be teased with good health... I could never get the results I saw in soil using coco. I did try though.
Ba is a new product Advancing Eco Agriculture is putting out. It will be on their website according to Gary, but at least another month out. I know I will be sticking with AEA instead of BA, I will let others work out the kinks.

What will be interesting is to see if it has extra Mn. They are finding interesting things in sap analysis involving extra Mn on other plants. But I hate when it gets added...I much prefer to adress things like that with the saute line or in my soil. Kinda like the B thing...pretty soon it is in too many products and you can't keep from getting too much. Anyways just wild ass speculation...just waiting to see the label.
I bought myself a sap ca meter. I ain't letting that get out of line on me. Next will be a k meter...I figure control those 2 and you got it mostly whipped. A 1:1 sap ratio works for a lot of plants but it varies a lot. May take some time to dial it but once I get it watch out.

I was going through the thread again copying and pasting everything I found valuable and it seems Milky has the best way to convert acres/gal to yards/ml. It just seems like such a small amount of nutes.....For example, what are you guys doing for your indoor? personally I don't grow in more than half a yard indoors, so those application rates would make a gallon last forever. Are these the rates most of you guys applied AEA at, and about once a week? Thanks for the information.
Another things, my last package that arrived with all the products I listed arrived and had zero spillage. I bought larger size containers this time, not sure if that makes a difference.

1st time I did a Foliar spray it was too strong for clones and a sativa dominant strain. That fried up some leaf tips good. Sativa dom, did a leaf cirl and showed what looked like a boron toxicity. Plants still seemed to be doing well. Mothers that are well established and over 5 foot tall took to foliar much better.

20-30 gallons water in the recipe, I divided by 30 to get the rate for one gallon.
946ml in a quart
946 / 30 = 31.533ml
31.5 ml per gallon = 1 quart per acre
I rounded down to 30ml for a gallon of water and that rate I found to be too strong.
Here is the the breakdown of what I used:
4 litres water. 60ml hypercap, 30ml photomag, 15 ml micropak, 1/4tsp micro500. 5 drops pepzyme clear, 30ml sea shield, 15ml sea stim, 30ml potassium, 30ml calcium.
Then I tested AEA foliar at half strength, kept the tainio the same. Foliared with this the next week.

new bottle of rejuvenate arrived today no spillage or explosion but was expanded to the max. its so rounded out, the bottle wont stand up at all. This time it was the photomag that leaked in the package... Ive been having an issue with the pep c coming from them contaminated. Says in the label that it is sterile and contains no living organisms, but clearly has a large mycelial mass of fungi / bacteria suspended and growing inside of it. I have received 1 out of 4 bottles that was actually sterile and had no mycelium growing in it. Is that packaging on tainio's end or AEA?
I dont think Ill use BA unless they list all of the ingredients. How can we trust them with our crops when they keep secrets from us? If its proprietary fine. File for a patent get your years of no competition but let us know what is exactly in it and in what amounts. Vague descriptions from the BA rep I spoke with made me feel like it was going to be some secret bs sauce. Im sticking with AEA until the colonel tells us whats in the recipe.

Those rates per gallon still seem high to me. when I first tried AEA I tried that and burnt my plants nearly leafless. Now, I dont use more than 2ml of sea crop per gallon same with the sea stim. seems like you can go pretty hard on the sea shield without problems. Im talking foliar rates..I only apply every 7 days. . I only apply humacarb, rejuv, and tainio products to the soil. When you foliar do not spray so much it drips you want a light mist top and bottom of the leaves thats it. I prefer just lights go out or sunset.

Wouldn't you save on shipping buying from tainio direct? No point in shipping back and forth across the country. But yea that stuff is amazing for growing stuff.
have you told AEA about this? I have had the same problem, I have bought 2 12.5 ounce bottles and both times they had floaters. I wasn't sure if it was me or not the first bottle because I didn't really notice right away. However the second bottle I just received looks more contaminated than my old bottle. I don't this this should make the product any less usable, I think.......
My Rejuvenate was puffed out to the max also, but no spillage.

Skow, Beddoe et al recommend a foliar feed conductivity of between 1.0 to 2.0 EC (500-1000 ppm on the .5 scale).. with a pH of around 6 for reproduction (flowering) or 7 for growth (veg)
. any higher conductivity usually results in a loss of energy .
they say use a lower pH (<4) at flowering initiation to make more flowers (pistils) / it's a taste of death for the plant
same goes for measuring runoff or mixing a soil scoop 1:1 with distilled water to determine present conductivity and how much / how often to soil drench

No fertilizer company lists every ingredient in the bottle. Not even the regular AEA bottls have every ingredient on the label. It will much easier to discuss products once the labels are finalized.

no the recommended soil conductivity is more like half of the foliar, but with real (low cec) soil.. for high cec "soil" its obviously going to be different.. that is using the 1:1 mix with distilled water to measure.. runoff who knows
in my garden I have spots where there is a natural Epsom salt buildup next to a creek and the 1:1 mix measures up to 2.0 EC in a 33 CEC soil, plants (corn, tomatoes, pumpkins etc) do not germinate or grow well in that strata but 15 ft uphill the soil is more like 1.0 EC and they thrive.. potatoes and carrot family plants don't seem to mind the higher EC for some reason.. what I am getting at is maybe some of yous ought to be measuring the soil EC flow to determine how much and how often to drench.. soil EC should start low for youngins and get big for bigguns, that's generally the idea, efficient use of fertilizer energy.. biology and soil temps can change the conductivity quite a bit too.
