No herms yet and I always dump that stuff.
Sometimes I find nice plants with different pigmentation.
Looks like I have 3 in this lot and nice red stalks too.

My malawi has lots of very red stems...unfortunately, it looks like its going to be a male. Gonna give it another week or so just to make sure, but the premordia appear quite round. However the plant is beautiful. Leaves are much more narrow than the ones pictured on this thread. If I knew more about pollen chucking I would flower it out and save some for a lucky female....

In its place I'm going to do a run of zamaldelica fem. Then maybe return to the malawi. Sure wish I had more space to grow all of the wonderful strains out there.

I had hermies that produced seeds and buds and I let them finish. You can still smoke the buds. Mine was some good smoke.

I just trans-planted mine to 2 gal pots yesterday. They were getting root bound in those little pots and turned a bit yellow on the older leaves, they should green up good by next week. I'll post up a pic tonight.

The Malawi's after trans-planting a few days ago, they have already grown quite a bit and I topped them yesterday.

Looks like they need food. I never let mine get that yellow when so young. They grow better if you don't starve them.

A little food and presto.... going gangbusters! I should get cuts off the ones I can this weekend and flip them before they get too out of control.
I see two males already.

6 weeks from getting the seeds wet.

I hear ya Corpsey! How was your M/F ratio?, I found two suspects already.

I was able to take cuts off ten of them yesterday and flip.... the other two need a few more days of veg to get decent cuts from.

Have same problem feeding my Malawi and most never get enough.
They sure do grow fast when they have lots of food though.

Nice plants to make seed from.

This is all that survived the selection process.
Have 2 nice males and most others look female so far.

MOK25 looks the most mottled and should be a nice plant.

I hear ya Corpsey! How was your M/F ratio?, I found two suspects already.

11 females, 8 males.
3 suspected males showed intersex so they were culled, and 1 female looks like it has one male preflower developing but can't be sure yet so keeping an eye on it.
