So was that a felony conviction I missed? Strange, he's still not in prison.

Right. Word salad.
He was guilty
of unauthorized pussy grabbing! the funniest part of that whole deal was Trump saying E. Jean Carroll was not his type and then mistaking her for his ex-wife Marla in a photo.

Trump has treated his wives like used cars. once they get a little mileage on them, get a few dings and dents, and the front grill is not what it used to be, he trades them in.

he has cheated on every one of them with their successor, except for Melania. he cheated on her with a porn star and a prostitute.

what a classy dude! he can't even be real with his wives, much less anyone else! his entire life, every waking moment, is full of deceit. i don't see how he can look at himself in the mirror, while he's fixing that thing on his head, and not feel self-loathing.

I'm not sure why he was not prosecuted criminally. Perhaps the legal bar was higher and the time that had passed made too many details uncertain. In this light the legal bar of a civil trial was likely more of a sure thing with less possibilities for weaseling out.

Of course most people know the difference in outcomes between a civil and a criminal process.

In E.J.Carrols book she wrote that he was 'forcing his fingers around my private area and then thrust his penis halfway completely, I'm not certain, inside me.' Is that accurate?" he asked Carroll.

"Yes," she answered.

This happened in the dressing room in a department store. Ultimately this will cost Chump $83M for this act and his further defamation of E.J.Carrol. People who argue that Chump was not convicted are defending someone who belongs in a cage. I really don't care about the semantics.

Most likely Chump was not charged when it happened was because E.J.Carroll was intimidated by Chumps stature, his bully lawyers (fixers) like Cohen, and his buddies like Pecker at the National Enquirer. Chump was so brazen with his gang of bullies that he thought he could get away with anything and live his life above the law. I understand E.J.Carrolls fears and imagine there were years of guilt before she brought this case forward. Hats off to her for kicking his ass.

guilt about what per se? that she lied about him being in a dressing room or that he even touched her?
that woman wrote sexual fantasy novels and has accused multiple men of having sexually assaulted her over several decades.
she was paid to accuse him by Reid and prosecuted by Ashley Bribems lawyer.
how much you being paid ?Troll?

I really don't care about the semantics.
Semantics mean specific definitions in the Law. They matter just like spelling.
NY State had a change in law that allowed E J Carroll to bring her defamation suit. There are plenty of places online to get the details that I do not remember.

You will start caring about semantics when the criminal cases are brought.

You are missing my point.

This worm has been getting away with these antics for decades. This is criminal behavior and Mr Privilege has been untouchable with his lawyers and resources. Scores of women have been abused. Finally E.J.Carroll kicks his ass. She chose the attack with the highest probability of success and got it done.

it's not about criminal or civil, or guilty or convicted. It's about someone finally standing up to him and kicking his ass because he did it and now everyone knows. He is guilty and no amount of bullshit is going to weasel him out of it. Hopefully more omen get their courage and come forward. If she pursued a criminal prosecution and lost it would have been a victory for him.

were you born with t.d.s or did you only develop it when Trump moved from funding and supporting the democrats, to becoming a republican?
I cannot speak for anyone else but I acquired this infliction being exposed to Trump's antics in the wrestling arena on TV, my eyes and mind brutalized while visiting acquaintances. The same incursion of filth occurred glimpsing his fucked up TV show (like nothing you've ever seen; the highest ratings)

BTW, I congratulate you for your savvy and attention to all these American terms and talking points, being a poor Brit on the dole.

So all of the contestants in the miss American pageants are lying too?

There’s a reason trump was on Epstein’s fly list.

I expect that the "He did it" aspect of the E.J.Carroll case will be the deal breaker for many who might have been on the fence voting for Chump. They could shrug off the Billy Bush comments as "locker room talk" , but the court case with E.J.Carroll seals the deal. It's just too much for allot of people.

I've been waiting over 3 years, only 251 days until the election. Any of these charges have any substance? Trump is bigger than John Gotti, good luck getting a conviction in 251 days. Jury selection alone is going to be a nightmare highly unlikely he's convicted.

The great thing is, y'all actually admit the only way Trump won't win, is "if" he gets convicted and sent to prison in the next 251 days. LMAO
