Tired. This break of dawn sparying everyday is starting to get to me. I also put up almost all my netting now, so if a storm comes I am as ready as I will ever be.

My BlueBerryHashPlant is ready today if I wanted to take it. I am going to let it ride as long as I can. The SuperSilverHashPlant is a close second to being ripe. I will try to take a picture or two here in the next couple days. I am finially catching up on garden chores, then my main harvest is going to come in......Maybe I will be caught up my Nov......

Thinking about the Emerald Cup, My AOG triggered early and I am thinking it will be ready in time for the cup. I will enter that for sure if it's ready, usually finishes around Nov. Hoping she finishes mid Oct due to the early trigger.

My light deps have some cool genetics going right now. They are just showing sex (the seeds) and I have a Magenta 99 from Dutch Grown that is just a beast of a male. Might play around with that. Some vintage c-99 from Gypsy, StrawDiesel, Blue Satilite, Blue Moon, ext. Fun times

I've Used your kelp before under the Nitrozyme 0-4-4 branding , sea stim
Stomps on it

No idea what other kelp you guys are talking about..... However SeaStim from AEA is one of my favorite products. I get great response from it. In the heat I battle, you better have some kelp or your plants will be string beans. Best kelp product "I" have ever used. Given I have maybe a 1/10th of the experience of you two. Bummed I just ran out of SeaStim, and have zero faith AEA could get me out another bottle in time.

Yes if you buy my consulting I'll also sell you on sea stim and other woowoo juice from the Amish , but the fact of the matter is that I have used both and you have not so I can say one way or the other objectively but you can't. I do suggest trying some. It's cheap and has the same application rate

Found the manufacturer in Ireland. Have a couple of gallons on the way of the Laminaria straight without ascophyllum.

I'll let you know the results on the radishes.

What are you having to spray every single day?

Essential oils.

I have a mild outbreak of two spotted spider mites. It was a fairly large outbreak on my grapes.....didn't water due to cannabis expansion and water needs....ext....ext.......

Bug guy really enlightened me about the bugs reproductive cycles. Most internet talk says every 3 days with most pest when outbreak occurs. He says depending on the bug, they will reproduce 2 times a day when the temps reach 100, and night temps stay in the 70's.................. So in 3 days, your russets could have had 6 generations born in that time.......Then take in to account how many eggs per generation.........You're F-ed. That spray is not doing the job, period.

So with my current temps, once a day is out competing the reproductive rate, as I understand it.

I had been spraying with Azamax at first, then once buds set I moved to spinosad, and I was spraying about every 3 days. Outbreak stayed mild, but present. I wont go out and scope everything until I have sprayed everyday for a week, that way I can tell a difference more clearly. I can tell you so far, it seems to be much more effective than both the Azamax and Spinosad. However I will wait till I scope to give a full report about how my bug control is going. :tiphat:

Subtle humor Slip.

There is a bit of conversation regarding the uselessness of using radishes as a hormone detector....

Yeah, I have a couple of OGK limping along. Weeks without sun, fog and cold have not done them much good. Planting in the dead of winter doesn't work too well unless you have lights and adequate temps.

You still miss the point slow. Lots of gysum in the sub soil to open it up...check. Lets those roots get 3-4 ft deep. Throw gypsum into the acid mound, not so much

I am old, but not that old. I was just repeating what I was told. Don't beat up the messenger...

Since then, the song has changed a couple of times. I find the whole thing extremely entertaining. But then again, I have a funny sense of humor.:woohoo:

The essential oil guru said to apply them every day or is the ala Footsy?
He told me the guidelines based on temps. I then took that information and applied it to my current temps. I find it important to double check what people tell me, so I will wait until I personally verify his advice before recommending or posting anything. Verification through research on google scholar, and field trials.

You're on point Foothill, I was spraying, rotating, every day when I had mites bad. Are you using dr bronners peppermint soap?

I like Yucca. I use Nectar of the Gods brand or RAW yucca. It mixes well with the essential oils. I have used Dr Bronners normal soap in the past, works great. I have also used coco wet as well. I like the Nectar of the gods the best, just feels right.

I have a funny sense of humor.:woohoo:

You sick twisted freak :moon: (meant in the best way)

Doka could you explain what you mean when you say acid mound ? Acidic ph? And why is gypsum nogoodthere?

Also, you work for Toyota or something? Or you highlight the cause of problems when the first occur which leads to improvements that builds quality by eliminating the root causes of defects.......Either way, I like it.

"Jidoka is one of the two pillars of the Toyota Production System along with just-in-time. Jidoka highlights the causes of problems because work stops immediately when a problem first occurs. This leads to improvements in the processes that build in quality by eliminating the root causes of defects."

Jidoka and heijunka are crucial.

Get The Toyota Way. Good book.

Bud shot is from the no lights house.

I did not work for Toyota. I did learn from Nakaoson though. Jidoka is a concept that has no direct english translation. It is totally misunderstood. Heijunka is the base of the toyota system...takt time.

Just i time is the other pillar...or as i practiced it, almost in time. Always better to be one takt time behind as opposed to one ahead

Nothing to do with weed growing. Just the past
