HK423: It's very possible, but you'll need to set up your cooling system very efficiently. You should plan on some sort of sealed light chamber, either a cooltube or a sealed off glass plate, with a dedicated fan or two. WIth that small of a space you should put your scrubber outside of the space if at all possible.
I'm using a cooltubed 150 HPS in the same space (a medium sized roughtote rubbermaid) with an external scrubber (air being pulled through a 1" layer by a $12-15 wallyworld Lasko desk fan) and some PC fans for circulation. I'm able to keep temps about 12* F above ambient for the most part.
