I've potted up the zamidelica seedlings and two of them have broken the soil .They are really

Hi @right glad you managed to germinate some from the very first Zamaldelica regular release, released in 2013, so more than 10 years old.

There are scary Meao Thai dom expressions to be found in that release, although also amazing Zamal doms like Zamaldelica elite mother (we mainly use for Zamaldelica fem breeding) which comes from exactly same that generation-release. So Thai dom phenos can be found, but to define that release as Thai dom is not totally correct.

Here is my feminized Zamaldelica grown indors and two clones of the same plant outdoors under full sun. Striking difference
Indoors, even a little further along in flowering. Very little stretch:

Thanks @Common Sense this clearly shows what i explained previously, how same Zamaldelica fem clone-genotype displays very different color and leaf shape outdoors (light, narrow) vs indoors (darker, broader).

Thanks for your insights, Dubi. Since I'm committed to producing Cannabis as local as possible, I grow using just what this corner of the world provides me with, aka compost.

Checking out my notes, she started flowering on the exact same day my ZMXxKC did, so everything on track. Still thrilled.

Thinking about crossing her with either Beldia or Bangi Haze.

Glad to see them flowering already in early Sept at your northern latitude @Theorganicguy guess the contrast of temps at night is also telling the plants they should not delay much. Crossing fingers for a good start of autumn there

Zamaldelica reg indoor about 7 weeks 11/13

She is filling out very nicely now, probably gonna yield pretty good for her size. I had her about 2 month in the veg chamber and she was so slow to grow, that i couldnt make a clone. Otherwise i would have waited to long.

Now as i see her flowering im a bit sad i dont have her backed up. Buuut, i made some f2s with a stretchy brother of her. Sounds a bit wrong haha

She smells pretty dark, like a jungle plant. No sweet, no fruit. A bit of soil, spice, oily and exotic herbs.

It was a bit too hot in there, thats why the foxtails. No more nitrogen for her until i see she clearly needs it

As previously commented, Zamaldelica feminized version has been heavily bred towards refined Zamal fruity types.

On the other hand, the current regular version consists of F3-F4 generations from open pollination of several F2-F3 females and males, all belonging to a good-yielding, well-tempered Malawi-shaped phenotype characterized by rawer, dark jungle, organic, herbal, spicy terpenes and effects leaning more towards the Meao Thai.

Content of the regular version may change in the future, mainly depends whether growers appreciate exploring other aspects of Zamaldelica genepool, or just prefer the refined fruity Zamal dom expression with consistency like with the fem version. I'm all ears.

My conversation with her yesterday went like this:
Theo: Zamaldelica, it's 3C outside!
Zamaldelica: AND?

Ironically, I don't see any more purple than she had with 20C nights

My fem has some variegated leaves - she's healthy though. I don't think it's a problem.

23.2C, rh 72%, ec 1.27, ppfd from Photone (410 – 570)

I have saved them from the mg(?) deficiency although the older leaves still bear some evidence. I was trying to use a minimum amount of nutes so I wouldn’t burn the tips this time. Well, I still haven’t done that yet and I also found out the lower limit of cal/mag in my system . . .

Apologies... this isn't the Zamaldelica! Here she is in the pic below - out of the plants I've been growing this summer I'd say she's been the least happy with the high temps and strong sunlight and most reactive to drying soil.

These are way to immature to really tell me anything, but this is about the thinnest leaf I have ever seen this early in the vegitve state

Howdy, y'all!
I need some experienced Zamaldelica growers to peep these two phenotypes and give me your best guesses as to what you think they are likely to express regarding aroma, potency, effect and genetic distribution (More malawi, more thai, more zamal, etc).

All I can give you are photos that show morphology and flowering speed, so I understand there're no guarantees, but this is my first ZM grow, so I am excited to anticipate each phenotypes unique qualities when determining which will be my keeper.

I haven't had much luck with seedlings like this one in the past.
