Thanks LT, I think I have it at 11.5/ 12.5 My timer is in an awkward place to check and I can't remember if I put it all the way back to 12/12 or not.

how many days is she at blooming?

I got to know mine a little bit today as I was removing the bracts that had accidentally been pollinated by the male zam. I may hit her with a little OTHPuprle pollen so wanted to remove the others. Just hit the pre flowers so didnt disturb that much of the plant thought about 25 spots however. I killed the male weeks ago.

I have begun watering with the following
1 gallon tap
1/2 tbl spoon mexican bat guano 10-2-1
1/2 tbl spoon indonesian bat guano high P ratio but not the 0-7-0 its old stuff
1 tsp EJ high brix molasses
1.5 tsp Pureblend Pro Soil Bloom formula 1-5-4

watering 2 days with 16 ounces of this until about 10% runoff then straight tap the rest of the time just a little every week.

Anyways the Zamaldelica female has a a very earthy piney sort of nuttiness like peanuts maybe to it. I have smelled bud like this from OD a long time ago went by no name....interesting so far trichomes were standing on the bracts that I removed the rest just getting blooming....

The plant is a clone that's at about 3 weeks flowering now. I'm looking for 5 or 6 keepers across the spectrum from legit sativa to heavy indica and this is my top sativa candidate right now. I've got some more Zamaldelica and Purple Haze Malawi seeds to try out next year, but this plant had a great yield and a high I really enjoyed so the bar is set pretty high.

Me again, here is Z 01:

At 60 days in a 16 ounce container, just past halfway.
She extends almost a foot and a half from the container,
which has counter weights to keep her from tipping.

She'll get mango carrot and make me a happy camper.

Its good stuff, its a good thread.

Standard version, I popped two seeds and got this plant and a male that I pollinated a few plants with. Definite carrot smell, dubi said it looked like a zamal/thai pheno. Haven't grown any of the seeds from the male yet. I crossed it with PH x Malawi and a Jack Herer. I also made a few Nepal Jam x Z seeds with the female.

Little update on my two zamaldelica girls in the garden.
They still are pretty green no senescence yet maybe the mix I did for their last pot was a bit too rich.
#1 has dark thin leaves, flowers have a compact foxtail structure (if that makes sense), still retains that humic/carot smell.

#2 is more pale green, making bigger flowers, this one smells absolutly divine, carot, geranium, rose, pineapple each smell enhancing the others.

I'm not even sure they will be ready by November, smoke test for Christmas?:canabis:
edit: #3 male was more what is called on this forum "malawi leaning" wide leaves, stems smelling a bit like ground coffee or burnt bread, heavy feeder.

Dang my Zamaldelica and the tall Haze dont look very good compared to everyone else's plants on here. I haven't grown anything in dirt but veggies in over 10 years. My veggies are nice and abundant guessing something else is affecting the growth. I did repot both today and they were very root bound so maybe that will help.

Hi Dubi.
I'm waiting for my zamaldelica to arrive 2 months .
A suggestion, you could create zamaldelica 2
Zamal x Destroyer (thai / mex / col)

Hi everyone! Just registered. Been following this thread for quite some time though. Love your work, everyone. So here’s my own contribution. Two weeks ago, four seeds made contact with moist seedling soil. Two sprouted, two duds. Well … Anyhow, this is what the survivors look like now. One Zamaldelica, and a Malawi can be spotted in the background. My first pure sativas. Will keep you all updated with more pics when it gets interesting.

My Zam at 45 days of 11/13 Terpenes smell like pistachios not joking exactly like that. Plant is pretty small and could be in better condition but I am getting pretty nice sized trichomes on the buds that are there.

Feeding straight RO ph'd to 6.4 for a while as the runoff is very high just like my hazes. Just getting back into dirt.

At about 5 weeks flowering I haven't been keeping track of exact times lately.

My leaves look similar.....mine are regulars.

Smell is changing now sort of going a bit sweeter now. I had rank pistachio only now its got some added sugary notes along with the pistachios. Excited to toke some of this one but its not going to be more than an OZ from the looks of her.

Chopped my two zamd yesterday. That was a nice grow.
Never have grown the first generation zamaldelica so my impression from those three seeds is pretty good, fantastic fragrances in the garden and beautiful flowers. looks much more domesticated than what you could expect from a zamal based hybrid, didn't notice the characteristic side branching, very productive considering how I have been restricting them.
Zam1 had dense fin buds and sturdy stems wich didn't bend even after a heavy rain, minor mold issues at the very end, very regular and progressive bud maturation. Smell changed at the end from quite humic to full mangue karotte smell (btw as far as I remember mangue karotte is a mango cultivar from La Reunion after which similar smelling zamal took it's name, funny how a very specific smell can emerge simultaneously from two dinstinct species on a same tiny piece of land) or green mango carrot salad.

Zam2 wanted to grow bigger but has been very reasonable she did a second flowering late October. Branches bending under the weight of flowers, even so I don't think there will be a big difference in yeld between the two overall. She had the nicest smell during the whole flowering process and could have gone a week longer but I noticed some kind of myrcene smell when I came to take away #1, not an indicator of what I was after so I chopped them both.

Zamaldelica cured for 8 months. Got a bunch of hash that also got cured for 6 months before we started smoking it. Wow it does blow your socks off. It's so intense you wish you won't so high anymore. Not a fun high to get really blasted on. Once it cures it's so strong I prefer to mix this strain with another strain then it's a perfect all day smoke. Will make for a great breeding project later in the future. Got 16 grams of hash from 1.3 pounds of Zamaldelica bud around 4 oz's of trim.

A very honest review of the scarier phenos of Zamaldelica! Your hash / buds look amazing (as did pics in the past) so I am not surprised you're having the same ZOMG, intensity in ten cities experience as so many others in this thread have. I've crossed a few things to Zamaldelica and all are great fun. You can expect that I-dont-know-if-I-wanna-be-here-anymore rush to calm down a little bit, but it never completely vanishes. :D
