Hi sativa lovers!

Some pics of my outdoor Zamaldelica taken on july 12. She was about 1.3 meters. Now approx 2.10 meters soil to apex. She's truly a beast!

Next to her, my Columbian Punto Rojo (july 12) :
(the leaves reminds me a lot the Panama Green pheno i grow 3 years ago.. oth structure and branching are different)

And some pics of today, she's start to throwing more and more pistils. Smells not so much when stem rubbed, hard to describe.

Still in 83 liters pot, but i guess she's a little rootbound now as some leaves are yellowing. I feed her regularly with organic veg fert yet i don't know if it's enough... i'm thinking of repoting in bigger but im alone to do the operation and not so confident with heavy weight (and concerned about damage/stress the plant)... dont know what to do....

A clone i made early july, she clones like a dream, very easy and forgiving plant ! ~12 liters pot.

i tried to adjust white balance the more accurate to reality as possible. still worried by the pics resolution... dont know where to host them with same security as IC provide..

Hi!
I finally managed to depot the big lady and saw it wasnt that bad!
i took the opportunity to add some new soil (approx. 5-10cm of canna allmix + some manure-mix) at the pot bottom. So she's still in 83L.

The clone is still doing very well! i love this close-up one :

Beautifull to see the plant evolving day by day. The Zamaldelica is a true pleasure to the eye!
Gave 3 clone of this pheno to a friend in mid June... He now have 3 big nice Christmas tree shaped Girls of ~1,70 - 1,80 meters !
Outstanding plants.
Thanks Dubi, Ace crew (and CBG too) to provide us so incredible genetics at fair prices! Your work sirs, should be recognized of public utility.
We cannot thank you enough for the genetic conservation work you're doing.
A possibility to the new generation (like me) to discover what is a true wild sativa and experiment what was the pot, back in time.. it's an extraordinary opportunity !
In this world where money and benefits rules nearly everything, its reassuring to see that some peoples are trying to stay real and share the love.
Hats off guys

beautifull, you have the pheno that stratch more, i have harvested two of them and both are wonderfull, extremely powerful, energetic ,trippy , long lasting. one of them have a carrot smell and when you brake the bud explode a strong intense smell of fruit. the other one is less strong in smell without carrot , only an aromatic fruit hint. ace seed didn't do only genetic conservation but also improve them, they are great

Thanks for your insight! The stretch has nearly stopped now and preflowers show more and more pistils, whereas the Columbian P. Rojo is still stretching like mad!!
Cant wait to smell the Zam' dry buds after some proper curing!
For now the smell is very light when i rub the stems.. Its remind me of the Golden Tiger heavy Thai dominant i grew 3 years ago...
I hope to have some hints of Zamal Carrot side in the final product ; do you now if its common with the kind of pheno i have?
Yes of course, forgot to mention that Ace is doing an incredible breeding work with theses genetics! Have been reading Zamaldelica threads and reports for +2 years, so i have highs hopes in this one but i have no doubt that if i take care of the plant, the result should be outstanding! So much good informations and vibe on this board, its a goldmine over here! I would never have learnt to grow a wild sativa without you guys. Since i vaped my firsts organic Panama and Congo, all i wanted to grow was Ace gear :)

Here are my 2 standard Zamaldelica at 5 days 12/12. They were just up potted to 1L of organic soil mix I did myself.

peat moss 70%
perlite 15%
ewc 15%

a bit of the following but less than i'd give indica's
lime
Mexican N bat guano
Indonesian P bat guano
and a small mix of poultry manure, feather meal and mycos

So far doing great! They have really wide indica looking leaves?? Any thoughts on which parent they might lean towards?

Absolutely fantastic thread. Many thanks to all the contributors.

I grew up in Southern Africa and got to sample many of the late 80's / early 90's narrow leaf drug cultivars. I have to pop some Zamaldelica for my 2017 run.

This forum is a wealth of knowledge. Many many thanks for all the hard work and knowledge sharing! Respect!

Zamaldelica clone of a clone.

Zamaldelica clone of a clone.

My buddy cloned a Zamaldelica clone i gave him because he liked it so much. She seems to enjoy it under his HPS and LED lights. You can see the left half of the plant in the pink LED light and the right half getting more of the traditional HPS color light.

Nice clones Azure ! Im about to start flowering a clone of my big Zam under a new hand-assembled Led panel (180w of Cree 3w leds)..
spectrum is supposed to bo canna studied. cant wait to see how she will perform indoor !

Some pics of my big Zam, still going under 44°N mediterranean climate..
we have some nice days here, she took the opportunity to start producing resin !
Oh my godness what a delightful smell ! Its fruity, but fresh at the same time.
I'ts just the beginning but it's already complex... refreshing.. maybe mango too.
Maybe a mix of an old C99 and the GT Thai leaning i grew 3 years ago, in 10 times better / refined.

The clone's feeding is still very good,
near perfect (for my taste), no yellowing leaves :

OTOH, i failed at N feeding for mother big Zam, i guess it's a bit early for so many yellow leaves :

I'm using Bio Flores 2-2-5 as blooming fert since 2 watering (~ 3ml/L).
Do you guys think i should switch to organic Grow fert 4-2-4 for some time, or is it too late ?

About ready to try this one again. I went almost 12/12 from seed last time and got a decent harvest so I'm expecting big things from this clone with a little more veg time.

How how many days are you going to veg it?
I let mine veg for 60 days and it produces 8.5 ounces.
Good luck with her!

I just topped it to take a clone before I took the previous picture. I'll give it another week at least maybe two.

Here's two cuttings from my Z 01:

picture.php

I'll flip one and reserve the other as a mum plant.

Once the rooted cuts get established growth is quick and thick.

I can top a couple times and get good plant to flower
in my cab, which has 24" height.

I like the pattern on your plant, very nice.

The Zamaldelica was an inside grow with help from Dubi, Madmac and others on the forum! There's a link in my signature with the complete diary and more pics. This was the 8.5 oz girl.
