actually I believe the comma would go after the word educated, the last two adjectives can correctly be tied together by the word 'and' w/o the use of a comma.
a string of 7 adjectives would be separated by commas, one after each of the first 5, and then when you reach the last 2 you would use the word and.
at least this is what I was taught so many decades ago.......

English is not my first language , even after 60 years of speaking it I still think in Arabic and it has been difficult to master the intricacies of punctuation , sentence construction , semantics and social references , caught between two disparate cultures.
Sarcasm is another minefield I have yet to master.

look up Amber Lyons.. she was a CNN investigative journalist.. n she came out saying that the main stream media .. is spreading rumors and lies.. an knows they are doing it .. so i dont believe anything the mainstream media says..

Don't tell anyone but, CNN was having problems with declining viewers and they paid the two pilots to take the plane to a small island in the Indian Ocean and land it there. After CNN has milked the story for as long as they can, a NEW story will be hitting the news,
