Sounds pretty fair to me...UK taxpayers paid for Canadian bridges and roads, and then the Canadian Government paid the UK the money back by taxing the people who benefited from the roads and bridges.... Oooooh it's tyranny, having to pay back what other folk shelled out.

Well they probably did, I mean it was found out last year that they had cyber hacked 100 US companies and stole their technology.

They value education, and are a studious hard working people, if they are a bit behind the US in terms of technology, and the US says they are 20 years behind, then I think they will soon catch up.

If the signal is indeed from the black box, well the US equipment can pick it up from 1 mile away, so either they are pretty close or their technology is better than the US and Brittain and they can pick it up from a greater distance.
