Mom grabbed me some wings at Whole Foods. They were good. As was the 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and 1% milk. Raspberry pop-tarts, microwaved for 10 seconds. Pre-sliced Cabot extra sharp cheddar. Skinnypop white cheddar popcorn. Captain's Wafers. Have beef bologna from Oscar Mayer I've yet to open. And I had a few slices of Virginia ham. Whole Foods has pretty good food. :thank you:

2:25 am Takis Waves, rice and potatoes with cannacocoacocooil (Better Shea Butter and Parachute Naturalz, Amazon Smile) in cast iron with airbake lid, spices from Africa, fresh greens from Rainbow Grocery Nursery, daikon radish, moth beans, salsa, Red Bull, Laura Scudder's smooth peanut butter. Also bought Takis and Tostitos scoops. Broke some of the very small amount of black krim seedlings trying to get the shells off. Those seem stubborn. I have to wait, patience. Been eating bread for breakfast for 30 years ?

Too many carbs though.

Switched to an egg-corn-cheese omelette.

Mostly so when I drink the important part - COFFEE - it's not on an empty stomach.

i am downright ashamed to admit this, but i've never tried red-eye gravy. all i know about it is that folks around here use coffee when making it . 😕 ??? surely someone here knows... if not, i'll dive deep & learn.
