I made a slew of meatballs a few months ago, and I always put them in the freezer with vacuum seal bags for storage. I just found a bag of meatballs and I’m just foaming at the mouth to dive into them tonight. I like it with Angel hair pasta, some buttered naan, and a ton of well aged cheese… Of course wine is a must… Chiante will work fine

I can’t remember when the last time I had spaghetti, angel hair pasta just cooks real fast and just feels better in my mouth and big old chunks of pasta… the cheese is the superstar of my meal… you have to look to find the pasta underneath it…😋

I had yogurt and nuts for breakfast...no !unch and going out for Mexican for dinner.

Today was a busy day, laundry and bed making. Simple supper tonight chow mein noodles and spring rolls.

Maybe I should eat some extra edibles and have spaghetti plus Mexican...LOL..it all sounds good.

had to eat a turkey drumstick w/bbq sauce for breakfast. everyone tells me that botulism becomes an issue after 3 days in the fridge for turkey. lessee here, Thanksgiving was the 25th, right? so today is, what, how many days? :eek::D

Went to Famous Dave's last week.had a coupon and it was lunch so I got this plus a bbq sandwich and beans for only $16.50.cant beat that.mcdonalds and other fast food can fuck off

I just put together some scalloped potatoes, ham and its in the oven. Left over scalloped potatoes will go towards a meatless meal which happens twice a week.

Going to have some great eats tonight at Fenway Park - checked out the menu....candy, chowder, chicken sandwiches, pulled-pork sandwiches, peanuts, popcorn, ice cream, pretzals. Lot more. Going to have like 3 coffees. There's 3 Dunkin donuts at the ballpark. Sitting in the no alcohol section. Anyone from Los Angeles? The Red Sox are playing the Angels tonight. I got 25 mg gummies, going to take 4-5 at the game. Going to get high before the game too
I thought baseball was supposed to be a healthy sport!

Last of the leftover duck and chicken soup (primarily duck from New Year's dinner).

Half of a pork chop dredged in almond flour blend with seasoning, leftover from the 3 we fried for breakfast, reheated.

And some palm heart-based linguini with homemade pesto from summer's garden basil and sautéed mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, zucchini, and onions, with Gawd only knows what else.

Edit: Cast it all into a white sauce with heavy whipping cream added, as well as lotsa' garlic, uncured zero sugar bacon crumbled or ripped into pieces, parmesan cheese and goat cheese. Fucking awesome!! Though the first round with low carb palm heart pasta tells me the stuff is tolerable but inherently al dente'

I am not keen about goat cheese but the rest sounds very tasty. Enjoy!
