Velvets are Blue beer by Tool Brewery Belgium. One of the best beers ive tried in my life. Top 10 all time for me. Very expensive. One regular bottle costs 6 bucks and change at the liquor store, worth every damn penny. Not sweet or fruity, its more balanced and complex, very refreshing. Its a saison style beer brewed lambic style with blueberrys. Really mild, on the lighter side. Goes great with some nice smoke, Id bet Blue velvet would pair perfect with this beer
