Right on.

This eve., we'll be meeting up with folks from around the state for a blue moon bon fire, pizza, beers, the testing of a brand new strain and just plain ole camaraderie. You can bet your sweet asses there will be plenty of hugs going around.
Doobie sharing too. Can't wait
We will not be robbed of our harvest celebrations over some politicized fear mongering campaign.

Hey there henny penny's :gaga: ...

G'day y'all! :friends:
Responsible and creative people figure out how to make things work on a regular basis. Been really neat to watch it happen.
I expect to see all kinds of neat innovation that will be useful in the
coming years.
I look at your choice of words in "I won't be robbed" along side of your "weighing" of gaiusmarius, and consider there is a political faction who
wishes to see masks rejected and the virus spread thought out the US.
Hope the strain is real nice and that you all have a fine time safely.

Reopening schools

Reopening schools

The goal of having children attend school in person--which is how they learn best--will only be safe when a community has the spread of the virus under control. And then, when it is possible to reopen a school for in-person learning, a layered approach is needed to keep students, teachers and staff safe.

Damn. I hated school growing up. Being sedentary all day made me so distracted. At my school we got there at 6:45 am and i had lunch at 10:20. Utterly ridiculous if you ask me. I can barely think at 7am as an adult let alone asking me to learn shit at that hour as a child. Its a challenge for sure. In order to be safe, the kids wont even move classrooms AND have lunch at their desk? Sounds like they wont even move at all, all day. Id go friggin nuts today! As a 13 year old, i would have hated that royally. Also, whats with the 3-6 feet apart? Shouldnt they have to be 6 feet apart?

I believe there is a difference between my garden which dwells in nature and myself which dwells in the cesspit called society. C-19 is a capitalist disease spread by the globalization of business.

Until the community is safe, no amount of dousing, hosing, precautions in all schools, elementary through college can be a good outcome. Universal mask mandates, percentage in stores, distancing, wiping down door knobs, phones, etc. can decrease the virus....and only IF everyone abides by mandates.

Too, isolation and quarantines are not being abided by....so the virus trudges onward in mass.

Would like to see legitimate N95 masks available every where at a reasonable price.
Disgusted by the number and amount of cheap knock off masks that are being
sold on using claims that are not at all true.

Covid or no covid, I don't go to a pub and share drinks, nor do I share joints. If someone visits me who smokes, they are free to roll from my stash, but not toke on my joint.

are we still discussing masks? look - if you're in a public place that requires masks, and you refuse to wear one, you're a coward and a terrorist. nut up and do the right thing.

I have suggested LSD filled water supply.

fantasy squash time, even a tiny amount of chlorine would destroy any LSD.

Since schools, colleges and universities reopened, cases in the UK have gone up steadily everyday. So now we will start a complete national lockdown again from Thursday. Except the schools, colleges and universities will stay open. Another great move to control the virus from UK govt.

It’s almost laughable to call it a lockdown.
‘Stay at home, but go out as much as you like’
‘Work from home, or go to work if you can’t’
‘Have a picnic in the park’

I’m sure that differs at leat a little from a real ‘lockdown’

I’m almost positive we are going to see a huge rise in drop out rate.. drops in reading and math comprehension, and rise in teen suicide, and drug use...
I could barely make it thru school how it was.. add in disinfecting baths,
Limited movement and 24/7 masks and I woulda dropped out in third grade

Cloth masks are useless versus a virus and social distancing is a government power grab.

Don’t get it twisted.. everyone is being selfish in their own way.
There will be those who die either way.
It’s a classic train track situation, can’t save both,

Id choose to save the young poor people.

Useless information. Masks work. Old people don’t need to be sacrificed to save the young.
