Lock downs will never work. If everyone used masks and self isolated as much as possible it wouldn't be this bad.

Just saying the virus is so widespread that even the safest practices will only limit our contact. Conditions aren’t sterile. We’re getting microdosed. At that level our bodies may learn to live with it. Wearing masks will keep us healthier while we naturally develop immunity, if that is at all possible.

masks are really not as great as people make them out to be.

1. you need about 20 minutes of sharing air to transfer covid from 1 to another.

2. mask won't protect you if you stay close to a covid patient. even with both wearing masks.

3. masks are often used incorrectly

4. masks can give the wearer a false sense of security making them act irresponsibly.

BUT, physical distancing WILL protect you and those you deal with in daily life. stay a good 2 meters away from people and don't spend long time shopping (sharing air). get your stuff and get out.

VIT D will give you a fighting chance to fight it off and or not die if you do get it.
