To his credit, I've never seen him even suggest any kind of Holocaust denialism. That photo and that shameful caption are the closest he's come, that I've seen.

Some are rich enough to afford to send their families through Egypt.
Egypt doesn't want to look like they welcome all of the Palestinians because they would be accepting that Israel takes their land they would leave behind.
