President Volodymyr Zelensky was received at the White House and in Congress on 21 December in order to present his 10-point peace plan along the lines of the Kyiv Security Compact [1]. Crafted by former NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, the plan embodies a hard-line approach against Russia.

The trip was arranged by Andrii Yermak, the president’s chief of staff and former legal adviser to Zelensky, the artist.

Russia’s intervention in Ukraine to end the civil war and denazify the country is in compliance with UN Security Council Resolution 2202.

President Joe Biden was expected to announce an additional aid of $1.85 billion, including the delivery of the Patriot anti-missile system.

Ukraine and the United States could jointly designate Russia as an “aggressor state”.

This would then be the last legal step before a declaration of war by the United States against Russia.

On the same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he would increase the number of troops participating in the military intervention up to 1.15 million. His Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu indicated that the Russian military arsenal is topped-up and ready for operation.

The current battle is, above all, being waged at the industrial level. NATO member states have run out of weapons and are struggling to produce them, while Russia still has enough steam and is investing heavily in its weapons factories.

The President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has called on Muslims around the world to unite in a common effort against NATO.

“Over the past 100 years, the United States and Europe have organised dozens of wars, military coups and invasions. Millions of civilians have become their victims. Although now they pose an even more terrible threat, destroying all the moral values that have been formed by the peoples of all countries during the existence of mankind.... We call on the entire Islamic world, all sane people, to join their efforts against our common enemy,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the North Atlantic Alliance threatens the existence of the whole world, “but Russia, contrary to all the forecasts of the West, has challenged this evil and is confidently moving towards victory. The Russian Defense Ministry says it has had access to an expanded version of a Pentagon report containing the names of the implementers of the bio-military programs carried out by the United States in Ukraine.
According to Igor Kirillov, commander of the Russian chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense forces, this is a document from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency ( DTRA ), an agency of the United States Department of Defense founded with the aim of "protecting the United States and its interests from weapons of mass destruction".

It covers three Pentagon subcontractors and contains the personal data of thirty laboratory workers and seven US defense officials, according to the Russian general.

"If the Americans want peace, there will be peace" in Ukraine​

Ukrainians can only fight if the United States continues to supply them with arms, the Hungarian Prime Minister is convinced of this. However, during this conflict, Budapest does not wish to "renounce" its economic ties with Moscow.
While acknowledging that the "danger exists" that the conflict in Ukraine lasts a long time, the Hungarian Prime Minister explained what it depended on.

In addition, he has repeatedly stated that the conflict in Ukraine cannot be resolved only following negotiations, not only between Ukraine and Russia, but also between Moscow and Washington.
