news much earlier today noted that even the Polish govt knew the missile was not launched from Russia. much ado about an unfortunate accident. we have different definitions of what "warmongering" means. it WAS a "Russian made" missile, right? i never saw an article claiming that Russia launched it. i'd bet good money somebody made that leap though...

@Brother Nature, I am a boomer a child of the 50s/60s and here we are again. Another war with wonder weapons that show us much clearer pictures of how the wonder weapons work. The USA can supply wonder weapons to the world but healthcare to her citizens is too expensive.

Your words are hard to read but necessary to understand where we are in the world. Gulf of Tonkin, Anthrax, WMD, Twin Towers, Iraq, Afghanistan are what our wonder weapons purchased. Peace is cheaper than war but not to capitalists.

I do not have a side. I like what you say. New Zealand looks good in movies.

@buzzmobile thank you for putting it that way. I understand how my words come across, maybe it's because I'm younger, maybe it's because of where I come from, but when I'm posting about things I have a visceral reaction to, emotions do tend to take over in the words I type.

I come from a family with a significant military background. I have had direct relatives survive a concentration camp placement (Dachau) for running an anti-occupation Socialist Newspaper in Holland, direct relatives involved and die serving in the SAS, and direct relatives involved in Vietnam. My grandfather who was in Vietnam as a B52 mechanic always instilled in me that the reason he joined was so that my father or I never had to. Needless to say he had a lot of regret about those choices and that consumed most of his life until he passed. A big portion of my high school friends went to Iraq, under the impression they were doing the right thing, all of them are dead now, all but one committed suicide. War, to me, is one of the worst things humans can do to each other, to me, there is no cheering for one side over another. It is all death, everyone who is killed in war had a family, had someone who cared for them, someone who birthed and raised them. Supporting one side over another , to me, is supporting murder, death, destruction, and repression.

We can slap "support our troops" all over our cars, workplaces, etc.. but it's not true the US does not support those it destroys for it's empire. Why are most of the US gun deaths suicides and why are most of those suicides returned service men and women? The US doesn't care about Ukraine or it's people, it cares about control and that is no different than Iceberg Slim putting some girl out on the corner and convincing her she's doing good. I can't be ok with this and I never will be and I will shout down anyone who blindly believes this is ok.

Yeah, I turned your own dumb ass questions back to you. I really am not a war mongerer so I think the war Russia is waging on Ukraine is in no way acceptable.

This is completely irrelevant, but since you asked: I have been on this site since 2008 and my first grow diary was back then. I lost my nick with the update of the site, and I have three grow diaries here under this nick.
