Howdy everyone. Finished up our last day of regular classes yesterday now its time to study my ass off over the next 6 days for finals. Got to get good grades on these finals then I can sit back and relax with a nice cold beer and enjoy the holidays.

Soul- hang in there buddy, glad your doing good. I only got a couple finals to worry about and not really even worried, worst Ill end up with is b's, itd be nice to have a few a's tho. That soils class that was kicking my ass i ended up with a 79.67 that rounded up to b, Im so happy and don't have to take the final so woot woot.

The girls did there poops and pees this morning whoo hoo!!

Got a 94 on my last hort science test which is what I have in the class so grade didn't change. I actually am gonna have to study for the final though now itd be really nice to have an A but a good feeling I can't get worse than a B even if I got a 0 on the final.

Stikky- I had to stop looking at the list after a couple seconds, im jealous. It makes me sad to think how such wonderful places can exist but none are within a 1000 miles of me. Ah have fun man, enjoy every minute of it!

Soul- Good luck with finals, hard to believe the semester is over already, sucks that finals are here lol. Month off after next week though, can't complain.

Hops- haven't had butter for a while, I threw out all my oil gear a couple months ago. I was buying pyrex baking pans the other day for this mushroom soup/pork chop thing I was making and it felt weird actually buying em for cooking instead of oil lol.

puff, puff, puff, going to be blazing throughout the day. Got pretty drunk last night with the girl and we went out to buy a pack of ciggs(havent smoked in a few weeks). Anyways ended up not buying them so that's pretty cool, these eciggs aren't bad, but they aren't ciggs.

Shady, sounds like a great start to the day! A Christmas tree salesman, huh? Speaking of Joe Rogan, I was listening to one of his more recent podcasts (165 I believe) and he brought up how the whole "Christmas" thing is likely based around Amanita Muscaria mushrooms. Red and white, grow underneath fir trees, people used to hang the mushrooms on the trees so they'd dry in the sun.... Interesting stuff, have fun and stay warm! I'm south of you by a bit and it's drizzling here, haven't been out to see how cold it is but oh well. Least it's not snow (here)!

Morning/afternoon everyone! Last few days have been crazy, soaking rains never help sell Christmas trees... Had my last few days of classes which included doing a final presentation on Amanita muscaria mushrooms for my mycology class. Kinda funny JustDoIt mentioned those little guys! The santa suit is likened to shamanic garb worn during ritualistic ceremonies where the leader of the ceremony entered the yurt (think chimney) through the ceiling with a sack of mushrooms (think toys). Definitely a fun study! Had another morning of SSH with a side of coffee and just relaxing on my first real day off in about two months. Hope all is well with everyone around the holiday season! I enjoy thinking that on Christmas there will be a jolly fat man sneaking through my house with a huge sack of Amanita muscarias

Careful with that oil in the morning HOPS, I went on a 6 month oil binge where thats all I smoked from my WnB to night cap. Tolerance was never the same, I enjoy bud but nothing does it for you quite like a little dab in the mornings. Such an open expanse of the head and behind your eyes, really gets you going. Ah I miss the stuff, I just can't smoke it on a regular basis it just wrecks my lungs. I know everyone says its more concentrated so your smoking less but it still seems like more smoke it produced from a tiny dab then a bowl hit. Even vaping it outta the cano (which is one of the most flavorful experiences of my life) I notice a huge increase in amount of vapor produced. Tickles the lungs lol. Damn you got me thinking about some golden dollops rather than anatomical differences of angiosperm; monocots and dicots lol. Again just the color is so beautiful, I love pulling it and making like golden, marbled, taffy. So pretty. Anyways back to the books lol, enjoy your morning buddy.


Oh man stikky had to edit my post as soon as I posted lol, anything with some Nepal in it is my favorite of bud by far. Something about the flowery, hashy hard to describe taste that just overwhelms you. Sounds like you had a blast, rest up lol.

My major is (appropriately) Horticulture. Mycology really goes hand in hand with most, if not all, things that relate to the cultivation of plants - herbaceous or woody. Technically graduated in the spring but I had to make up a pathology class I didn't take (took organic farming and gardening instead). I figured I'd be here anyways and loaded up with a few more credits of interesting courses. I will say that taking a full boat of classes and working 32-40 hours per week of intense physical labor can get a bit exhausting... Luckily I have ICMag, great friends, family and some mind-blowing dank to come home to on those long days.

Squeezing in a few extra hours of work this week considering no classes besides a final Wednesday and Thursday. Christmas presents are expensive . Sorry to mess everyone up and post in w-n-b at night but my mornings are usually pretty hectic between making breakfast and lunch, layering on clothes for work, checking the little ones and (hopefully) getting a little toke session to ease into the morning.

Hope the season isn't getting to anyone. I know how hard it can be to juggle family, friends, school, work, shopping and everything else that life tends to avalanche into your lap around this time. Remember to at least find a little bit of time for yourself and possibly the ones closest to you, kick back with a nice spliff and release.

Shady- thats awesome, Im a hort major too. Started out with history wanting to teach, then ended up with an art degree somehow, and decided I wanted to make plants my life so continued on with school. Been focusing on greenhouse/nursery management but will prob be switching to plant pathology.


AHHHHHHH ACE! Yessirs, thats right, basket aced the final, and an a in the class woot woot. Guess I know plants or something...ha! Just one more to go and Im done.

Gonna be a slow day today, cleaning and what not. Thinking about starting to hit the plasma banks up. Extra couple hundred a month. Could just go get a job in the greenhouses, also saw a research assistant needed for help with cleaning, watering, taking cuts, and replicating dna and stuff. Don't know if it pays or how much, sounds really interesting though. Gotta admit not having a job for the first time and being able to just focus on school is amazing, Im loving everyday.

Budbasket - Nice to hear I'm not the only one who was doing something else to begin with in college... I went to school for mechanical engineering for three years before I decided to switch into Hort. Those three years were a really weird time in my life I can say. Anyways definitely love pathology, especially fungal organisms, so if that's your passion then go for it! Greenhouse and nursery management is definitely cool too though, my parents owned a wholesale and retail nursery for 20 years before getting out of the business (just in time before oil started rising) and some of my fondest memories can be traced back there.

Crack-attack - How much blood did you have to send ICMag to get the donor badge haha. Sweet C 99 sounds like a wonderful morning smoke, enjoy that! What can we expect from schnazzlezombie?
