On a positive note:
I still say farmers market, barter only(no cash) is a good way to go!

Now the negative side:
( come-on, you knew it was comin')

As far as piss test go, I am on probation, I can eat all the Percocet and valium I want, no worries for the piss test...(I really want off that shit).
But no prescribed cannabis for me..WTF!

All are prescribed, my spine doctor knows of my cannabis use, so does my neurologist, my family doctor, my rehab specialist...they all know I use it.
The court says no way buddy, all because of a tiny roach.
Legal or not I think things would be the same, here at least.

Lets do it right or lets not do it.
Not tryin' to start trouble, just statin' facts here.

Peace to ya'll
:smoke out:

If you had a burn would you say fire is welcome to touch anyone as long as it's not you.... regardless of who would be in charge of wielding it and why??

Wait, ur on probation for weed, and u stiIl dont want it legalized?

It is legal in my state for me to posses it and even grow it if I want to.
But I still can't use it while on probation, but I can eat opiates by the handful if I want to, strange form of legalization the way I see it.
So much for it being legal.
If it were legal like a tomato HELL Yea! I am cool with legalization.
I can eat tomatoes on probation...think about it a bit.
There is not legalization like that anywhere is there?
I am just sayin' think about the kind of legalization your voting for, thats all!:tiphat:

The fact you are eating opiates by the hand full explains a lot.

Dude your a little behind in the reading comprehension department.
Your way off again, maybe a reread is in order??
I just wish to use cannabis and stay off the heavy shit, but one has to cope with pain and such.
You also like to twist the truth around too, what is up with that?
Man you just can't let it go.... why don't you smoke one for me, your so up tight???
Oh, well at least the thread gets bumped!

Just think about the kind of legalization your voting for, thats all!

Too many tomatoes are poisonous.
Too much cannabis is not.
Alcohol was medicine before it was legalized.
Cannabis will have a similar path.
Decriminalize is the true movement.
Legalize is a ruse.
Citizen led legislation surpasses lawmaker legislation.
This is about way more than weed, be honest about it.

The OP is trying to start the conversation before it's too late. Each new state that people start the movement. It's important to recognize the difference in one word.
Please realize with Decriminalization more freedoms are won.

I honestly don't know a lot of things, and I don't try to claim to know what is right for cannabis legalization.

What I do know is I see laws being made that many are not very happy with, and it is my belief that legalization that does not allow for home growing is not a true form of legalization.
It would seem to be another form of control.
I think most would agree here.
You may not, and I can respect that, I believe in freedom of the people and that means every voice should be heard, even the voice of disagreement.

If we took a vote around the USA as to legalize with home growing allowed.
And a option to legalize not allowing home growing and the voice of the people said no home growing.
I would not be happy, but I am all for a choice like that.
And I would accept the fact that the people of the USA made the choice and I would live with such a decision.
I only ask to give the people what they want!
Not to give them what some feel is in the best interest of the people!

Let the people choose is all I ask, I think that is a fair request.
Do I think that will happen, no I do not and Therein lies the problem.

Let the voice of the American people decide what legalization should look like!
Is this really asking too much??

I like Rosin it can be great. A great use of med quality dry sift or water hash, make Rosin.
My hash is not around because I do not sell Cannabis or resin.
Thousands have tried it, over the last 20 years, and other folks can make some pretty good dry sift nowadays.
But yes it will be a while till you see my hash available, maybe a year or two maybe longer. And it will be made by others from their plants using my method if all goes as planned.

Aren't you profiting from cannabis extract sales?

A patent protected income??

I understand keeping your hands legally clean but you've already passed those hurdles no?

I just wanted to clarify because I have a fear of elitist profiteers that opine towards citizens surrendering or selling their true potential.

I agree that home growing for personal use is best. Until we are there it is not so clever to not keep moving in the right direction, away from so many people being arrested and jailed for Cannabis, I support any Cannabis law that is better then what is in place.

It would seem to be another form of control.

You have to much faith in the American voter, they are easily led around by special interest groups. They first voted for alcohol prohibition convinced by womens groups, and then when they realized what a mistake they made, removed it. Which time were the American voters doing the right thing? Idiots to think prohibition could or would ever work.
And you want them to do the right thing with legalization.? Wait until a few more states allow legal Taxed and Regulated Cannabis and also allow not for profit home growing. And just move to where you think it is best. I bet Calif in 2 years.
Good luck.
