Maybe you need to think again and maybe consider that people have been going to jail for Cannabis for decades. The question you need to ask is not are the new laws exactly what we want, you need to ask is it better then what we had? Are some at least better off? We will keep working until we can get what we want, in my case legal, taxed, regulated, and non-commercial home growing legal.
As for finding THC in blood three weeks ago that is not happening. Whole blood or serum? Anyway they test most people with piss tests, they do test for and show the inactive 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta 9-tetrahydocannabinol (THC-COOH), not THC.

So it is better to accept a law that is not what we want then try to change it after? I think it is better to get it right the first time. For example lend me $10,000 and then try and get it back. Or to give up home growing and then try to get it back?? I think your logic has flaws.
Some had home growing, then had it taken from them, your idea to give it away and then try and get it back just does not even seem logical to me.

Well I was not allowed to drive for more than three weeks under the current law and the current testing method used. The point was to show a large flaw in the current laws!

Did you read the article, have you contacted the writer and told him he is just plain wrong?
Are you interested in fixing the flaw in the law, or are you just interested in the flaw in my post?
Also another reason to vote no, the current law for testing is flawed, I say wait for them to get it right rather than fix a broken system that was put into place that does not even work correctly.
